The comfortable beds the staff were amazing. We loved the atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. June 29th was my mom's birthday and the bar staff sang Happy Birthday to my mom and gave her a piece of cheesecake for her birthday. Will definitely come back.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the noise of the pool. We had girls who were screaming and splashing with no adult supervision.

The pool area was extremely loud. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Dirty pants and underwear fruit flies in the room.

Very close to the conference I was attending! Close to many good restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was very good!

The breakfast buffet and wait staff there were great

The elevators were broken down and not working. The first day guests were sent to service elevator. Once the only working elevator was fixed we could use that. Too many guests to have only one working elevator. It was awful! Carpet in room was disgusting. Staff was not responsive for towels and coffee for room. Had to ask and go down for sheets and blanket for pullout couch. Blanket was nasty and torn. Would never recommend this hotel. In regards to the elevator, we were informed that the situation has been like that for a month.

The hotel room wasn’t up to par for an type of hotel it is. Cheap towels, dirty curtains, stains on the sheets, carpet had stains, toilet was running.
