It was sufficient in that we had a place to sleep but not an experience I will repeat.

There were people smoking right outside of their rooms constantly, the smell was right there as soon as you opened your door. The breakfast was the poorest that I have seen in a very long time. Also, there wasn't any obvious crime but nothing seemed clean.

Weird experience, not a great breakfast.

Quiet in the back. Large shower. The breakfast cleaner was very kind and nice.

Less than friendly staff ; the chubby Hispanic lady during breakfast made a comment about my husband using the toilet often. She said “ is he in there again ? I’ve been holding all morning” 😲😳Omg. That is so unprofessional and she had time to go while we were eating. An employee should never say that to a customer. My husband has GI issues and has to go to the toilet often.

Stay somewhere else

The rooms are very worn out, smells like tobacco. The first room smelled terribly, I asked to change it, but could smell cigarettes in the other one too. Staff is not friendly

El personal muy atento y amable. La señora que atiende el desayuno siempre atenta y muy trabajadora. Fueron en general todos muy amables. El desayuno estaba variado y muy bueno.

El extractor del baño en la habitación (126) necesita reparación. Cada vez que enciendes la luz del baño el ruido es muy molesto y si es en la madrugada aun mas

Location

Dirty, old and ran down facility. Bathroom was disgusting and floors in the rooms have not been cleaned is years. Smelled like a smokers hotel.

The room reeked of a horrible smell. There was no way a person could have stayed there and enjoyed it. Requesting our money back.

The pool is incredible, we also used the grill near pool area. The breakfast is so good. Everything was clean since office area to rooms.

Good for the price, paid $350 for 3 nights. Wish room service was everyday and they had left the old a/c unit.

In the middle of town, very close to everything. Had tap key cards, and had drying rack.

Don’t do house keeping everyday, no carpet, a/c doesn’t work very well, no safe in rooms, bathroom very small, bathroom was hot and had weird smell, light switch for bathroom wasn’t in the bathroom, no couch, continental breakfast was small, front desk doesn’t answer phone, came in while we were gone and replaced a/c for one that didn’t work as well

We got what we paid for, I suppose.

Comfortable King size bed firm enough for both of us.

The clerk at check-in charged the entire amount to my credit card while there was already a hold transaction of the same amount causing two charges on my credit card. Though one charge was declined, the pending charge is still there at the time of this review. This shouldn't have happened upon check-in. Cleanliness: The floor was dusty and the bathroom could use better caulking. Toilet paper is too stiff and unpleasant to use. The shower flow was weak and too low though many settings are available. AC was too loud and blew directly on our heads.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again!

THE STAFF!!! They were seriously amazing. Front desk receptionists, cleaning ladies, the lovely lady who was doing a GREAT job at keeping up with the busy breakfast area! Always great breakfast! Fresh waffles with many toppings, yummy eggs, sausage, and pastries. Cereal for the kiddos and several other items! The hot water & water pressure in our shower! I wanted to stay in forever! The beds were so comfy!! & the A/C did such a great job at keeping the room ice cold for us!

The conjoined room!! Nope nope nope! Our neighbors were having a very “rowdy” evening, and the three children in my room are not adapted to listening to the noises that go along with it. I’m not usually one to complain to the desk, but I did and she instantly took care of the situation. She was great! Also, the caulking in our bathroom/shower seems to be molding! Quite disturbing for the visitors. My daughter wouldn’t even shower in there because of it.

The room was NOT worth the nightly charge. We paid double of what it should have been.

Hot breakfast was adequate. They had a waffle station, hot egg rounds and sausage patties. There were good choices of breads, muffins, and bagels. Apples and yogurt, along with cereal as well. It was kept up with very well.

The room was extremely noisy. There was a large piece of our lower door missing, and the outside road noise was constant. There is heavy traffic 24/7 so no break. The walls were thin. We could here the whole conversations from the couple in the room next door. They left, and the next night we had a crying baby all night...but it helped drown out the traffic noise and sirens.
