Wonder why I didn't start staying sooner .

Desk guy is amazing I like him a lot he is so helpful lots of manners.

It was an excellent location to stay at.

The room was great. The property was clean and the facilities were very quiet. It was pleasing to find a place where no one is fighting or yelling.

Won’t stay here again for husbands next surgery we will find another one with hot water and more accommodating for disab

Location was fine no complaints about that..

The room was dirty and there was no hot water for a shower. In the booking specified husband is disabled and wanted a ground room floor. When I called to confirm ground floor they didn’t seem aware of it but said we would have a ground floor room. Husband was having surgery the next morning and couldn’t take a shower because no hot water but also no bars for holding on at all in the bathroom.

This place is HORRIBLE. So they don't tell you they will charge you deposit which is $150 for what tho??? The blankets with cigarette burns on them? The 6" old flat screen TV, the dirty bathroom floors, the uncomfortable bed, the 1970s lamp they think ur gna steal. I can go on and on. THEN they steal ur deposit!!! I got it back then 2 days later they decided to tske it and when u call to complain and find out why they tell you your bank took it! Smh nothing but thieves!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

I wouldn't recommend this place long term ever and maybe at best if everyone else is booked up.

The staff was friendly and when I asked them to clean it up a little they did. I beds weren't that comfortable but ok for the price.

It was dirty and we had to ask the housekeeping to clean our bathtub because the room next doors plumbing had backed up and was coming up out of our shower. There was loud music with lots of bass from the parking lot and it woke me up at 3am, I had to call the front desk and he said he was going to check on in it but it still went on for several hours after that so I didn't sleep very well.

Good honeymoon trip with the wife. We're homeless, so having two weeks to be comfortable was great.

Great location. Good accommodations. Bogos pinted.

The room was missing some accommodations. But it's okay, I know they were going through some changes. And I couldn't change the formatting on the tv so it was cutting off my computer screen.

The floors were filthy. The room smelled musty. Thank goodness I had an air purifier. I used Ltsol to wipe diwn everything and the cloths came back filthy. It's a shame in this Covid world that a hotel us allowed to operate in such filth.

Bugs and cockroaches coming out of bathtub

I only chose this location because it looked decent and for a decent price.

There were bugs and cockroaches in the room and coming out of the bathtub and sink. It was a hot day so this made it disappointing and disgusting. There were two- three men outside next to our room all night and day. It felt uncomfortable and unsettling. The door didn’t open right or closed right so we had to lock it right away to keep it fully closed. I had a 1 yr old so this was disappointing and a health concern. I couldn’t stay my entire trip because of the bug infestation. I will not stay here ever again. I reached out to the owners but never received an answer or reply.

Upon arrival I realize that family member have gotten me a room somewhere else went to the front desk explain to them what happened everything was okay as long as I didn't answer the room which we didn't cuz the key didn't work they refunded me my one-night stay money they took $100 deposit out of my account and I have not yet to receive that I call and they tell me they'll check into it and they never get back to me what can you do to help me

first room was too clean; microwave and refrigerator need to be replaced. I asked to move because the TV didn't work. when moved to second room the door wouldn't open and then finally third room ok.
