Beste Lage beim MD Anderson Hospital

Super Lage mit direkter Verbindung zum MD Anderson Hospital. Grosses Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten, Badezimmer bietet alles was man braucht.

Zimmer war gegen Süden an eine grosse Kreuzung ausgerichtet, war die ganze Nacht über laut, Fenster bieten wenig Schallisolation. Wlan für $15 pro Tag ziemlich teuer.

Maybe will never go back on this location! We got charged $15 just for wifi! Parking is $9 every time you go out then when car stayed at night you pay another $15 the next day!!! Horrible - staff didnt even tell you or explained things when you check-in! We travel alot and every time we check in they tell us or explained to us things! Space is too small as well! Springhill Suites by Marriot is the best

All in all it was a pleasant stay.

We were traveling for medical reasons. The staff was very accommodating. We needed to check in early and they made it happen.

I need a softer bed and the beds were a little hard for me.

Best to walk further to the hospital and stay in another hotel.

The location close to the hospital.

The AC did not work and the hotel was generally old and not well maintained. We could only book one night so we moved to the Intercontinental. Wow! We should have booked here. Amazing hotel, great facilities, great location and less expensive!!

They gave my king bed away, and I had to settle on two full-size beds Which put us in separate beds

I stayed here for the convenience to the Houston Methodist Hospital because I was alone.

Did not have breakfast. Was not going to pay $23.00 for breakfast there.

For the $$$ price that was charged, gouging because of location to the many hospitals and cancer treatments, I thought that the towels should have been fluffy and softer, the bathroom should have been better equipped with different toiletries., i.e. shower cap, swabs, better lotion.

We did the Starbucks location which was great for grab and go.

The entrance from the hotel to the parking garage was a little difficult to figure out, since it was after hours.

Clean and friendly staff - but check with the hotel about the pool before booking with the website.

In using Booking.com, we indicated that we wanted a hotel with a pool. However, we found out after our arrival that the pool was under repair. It must have been under repair for some time, as it was in the hotel's printed materials - and as indicated by the dead roach sitting in the drained pool. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to another hotel affiliate so that you can use their pool. Not very convenient when you want to swim with your family.

Great location but not worth the money

The location of this hotel is perfect if you have a loved one in Methodist Hospital or have early morning testing as my husband did.

The bed was great but the pillows were flat as a pancake, the food was good but expensive, the remote control to the TV in our room was worn out and/or needed new batteries, and the AC ran 100% of the time but did not cool our room adequately.
