We LOVE this hotel! We come to Myrtle Beach every year to shop and it is our tradition to stay in this hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel and has the most comfortable beds!

I think $250 a night in the month of December is a little high

Overall great stay and I would most certainly return and recommend to others

I loved the size of our room, it was spacious and clean. Outside of the charging issue mentioned below, checking in was pretty smooth and our room was ready on time. I appreciated that they had golf carts to carry us around the resort as I traveled with a small child and older adult and this was very convenient. I loved the multiple pool options and being so close to the beach.

The front desk made a mistake and instead of charging me for incidentials charged me for the prepaid room again, that was a bit inconvenient but they worked hard to resolve. I also would have liked better food options on the premises. We walked to the hotel next door for dinner and since it was a Marriot we were able to charge our room, so that was nice but I wish there was a nice dining room option at the OceanWatch Villas. When we got to the beach behind the hotel all the chairs were reserved, it would have been nice if the front desk went over the beach seating and cabanas options when I checked in.

Friendliness of the staff and room location. We had a fabulous view of the beach. Very close to lots of restaurants.

Restaurant Charge put on my room that wasn't mine.

BEST RESORT EVER!

We were booked at a different resort when we first arrived, and it was terrible. We immediately called to cancel and find something else and the Marriott was PERFECT. My dad is a rewards member so we have always loved staying at Marriotts but this one was incredible. The pool and pool bar was our favorite and just the amazing view and easy walk to the ocean. We will for sure be back!!

The location was great! So many different pools for the entire family, of all ages! Restaurant on site. Room very spacious and right on the beach.

The parking garage spaces were really tight for a suv. You risk finding dents in your vehicle from having to park so tightly between other vehicles. And there's no jetted tub in the room.

Mediocre

The room was very dirty on arrival and we were not offered to switch rooms. The staff was short and snippy on the phone. We ended up leaving two days early because we were unhappy.

check in was terrible and rude !! we did not know it was a cashless hotel my husband brought cash so that was a long and rude experience. The parking again terrible we had to park in a parking woodsy .
