Overpriced and outdated bare minimum “villas”.
They had contact solution in the lobby shop. Not much else was even close to what we expected.
The “villa” was just a regular room, same as any other on 5 out of 7 floors in the hotel. The interior was very dated, the staff was not particularly friendly. The idea that you are told to wear ugly rubber wristbands to prove you are a guest at the hotel was very off putting. No robes or slippers in the “villa”. Low quality soaps etc in “villa”. Latest checkout available was only 11 am, which is ridiculous considering you cannot check into your “villa” until 4pm. Most of the “resort” shops and restaurants were closed for the season and the remaining open ones closed at 5pm. Very overpriced for what you get and intentionally misleading pictures and descriptions.

Would not recommend this hotel.
The microwave was high wattage and worked very well. I liked that there was the ability to open the windows and let in fresh air.
No housekeeping services for three days. If we had known that during booking or check in instead of finding out after our room wasn't cleaned the first day, we never would have stayed here. Gave the excuse of Covid. All the other hotels we have stayed in over the past year had housekeeping. Not enough parking for guests. Two nights we had to park at an off site location and walk almost a half mile back to the hotel. Our keys didn't work the first time we tried to use them. Was told it was the battery in the door lock and would send someone to fix it. Next day, our keys did not work again. They never changed the battery the day before, so we had to waste time waiting for them to let us in the room and change the battery. Several of the recessed lights were out in the ceiling, so the room was very dim. The bathroom was extremely small and the mirror was too small for the bathroom.

Been to over a thousand Marriotts in my global business travel...you could be one of the best, NOT!
Hot tubs, location, underground parking. Concierge folks were the only ones on the ball.
Rude registration person until he saw my lifetime platinum elite status...but still not very helpful and seemed perturbed about something... he seemed lost...maybe a new guy. There was nothing to eat on campus, we were misdirected several times trying to find a place to eat near the hotel, but nothing was open, we were happy to go into main street but only after several fails with closer directions from staff. It's off-season, I get it, I snowboard there, but to be given all these options on many paper pages only to find the info. irrelevant was repeatedly frustrating. Bed was hard and lumpy.
