The rooms were nice and comfortable, the TV screen was dirty.

I had to kill a roach. And the TV was dirty.

Disgusting, 4th floor room with no elevator. Dirty room.

Unsafe, broke down cars in parking lot, dirty bathroom and sheets. Terrified that my car would be broken into overnight.

I had a wheelchair room. I walk with a cane. My room was to far to walk. I almost fell bring item in my room.

price and location was good. close to shopping, freeway and restaurants.

Not worth 100 dollars a night

The staff was nice.

Roaches, bathroom had caulk holding It together and blood stains on the sheets. Had to take pictures, absolutely unbelievable. Couldn't even get the front desk on the phone to ask for more sheets

Nothing at all just bad service plus roaches was in my room

Roaches and wasn't enough towels or rags in my no room and I feel like I wasted money

Staff was friendly

Bed was broken bathroom was not cleaned hallway had a damp odor bedroom floors were not clean bathroom had leaks. Toilet paper wet as a result. Roaches near the bathroom. Cigarettes butts on the stairs and in the halls.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and as helpful as possible.

Didn't have any wash clothes available for 2 days. The room had roaches. Original room door was left opened and hall was smoky.
