While it was very close to the Interstate highway, we heard no traffic sounds once we were inside. Parking was simple and convenient, and there were plenty of both fast food and dining-in choices within a mile of the hotel. Also nearby were full-service grocery stores, movies, bowling... plenty of things to do. Also within a 10 minute drive was Thanksgiving Point with its museums and exhibits.

We missed having a microwave oven in the room.

this was our 2nd time staying here. Easy parking , clean rooms , great pool and lovely breakfast .

The walls between rooms are very thin. My wife and her mom were kept awake from 3am-7am from loud explicit carrying on in the next room. They even wondered if a porno was being filmed there.

Your staff worked to give our daughter and I adjoining rooms. Breakfast was ok.

The pillows were flat and the air wouldn't adjust so it was too hot. Someone took a screaming baby down the hall just as we were falling asleep and that prevented us sleeping for several hours.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spacious with a well appointed tub. Hot tub was warm and deep.

Pool hours could be longer. By the time our activities were done, there was barely any time left before the pool closed. The room could use a little more counter/shelf space.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable beds

They need to clean the pool. My daughter got sick from swimming there. Pool needs to be brushed down with the wire cleaning brush, “vacuumed” and have the proper amount of chlorine added and chemical testing. My daughter was sick for three weeks.

Great location to where I need to be.

Nice location with clean and comfortable rooms. It does seem like an older facility but they have kept it up well. One thing I was impressed with is at breakfast they clearly listed the allergens for food items.
