Wonderful place to stay.

Room was awesome. Customer service great. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Great that the hot tub worked when it was snowing. Will tell others to stay at this hotel in other areas. I will be looking to use your brand in other locations.

Breakfast was awful. Hash browns were cold. No pancake bar. Muffins were not even defrosted. This was the only disappointing thing there. Ice machine in freezer did not work, but we were given ice from front desk. No log was available to buy for fireplace. we bought our own.

A home away from home with all you need to relax and enjoy your stay whether business or pleasure.

A different main bfst entree was provided each day in addition to usual offerings and all were very good. You also have a full kitchen in your suite. The lobby/front desk had wine and beer on draft for purchase for your evening enjoyment. There are grills and outdoor tables to enjoy the lovely pool and courtyard area, a basketball court to shoot hoops, and a hot tub. Indoors you have a workout facility and a business center. Your suite has a sofa which flips out to a full size bed. (We didn’t realize that) We were taking our college student to get settled and it was a home away from home!

Lighting in sitting area could have been better for reading.

Website needs to depict that this is more of an extended stay with fully furnished kitchens.

Location and staff.

This property on web site is very misleading. They only show the lobby. The property is actually older and very dated condos or apartments. Having said that, it was perfect for a family and looked to have a lot of extended stay people that must have been out of town workers. This was fine for my husband and I but I would have not felt comfortable traveling alone.

The location was good, and the beds were comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty. Piles of leaves at the bottom of the pool and hot tub. For 2 days, there were no pool towels. Excessive bird droppings immediately outside our room door. Handle on the freezer and microwave were broken. The dishwasher had an exceptionally bad odor.

Not much.

Half a roll of toilet paper, no answer at front desk. It said full kitchen with cookware and dishes but didn't have anything. Room was dark. I reserved a fireplace room and it had no fireplace but no one answered at the front desk when I tried to inquire about switching rooms.

This room fit what we needed, however for the price the room was not worth it due to it's condition.

The staff was great, the room amenities such as the kitchen met our needs perfectly and we had an amazing view of the golf course across the street.

The furniture was torn, the carpet was stained, there was rust on some metal in the room, overall the room was a bit beat up and not very well maintained.

The units need updating, property looks worn out.

Breakfast was decent and the location was good.

1. The rooms need updating. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. Two cushion love seat for a 2 bedroom family unit is unacceptable. We needed to use the pullout sofa and the springs in the mattress were so uncomfortable we couldn't use it. 2. Bathroom vanity door was hanging off the cabinet, ceiling fan was covered in dust and the carpet was filled with stains. The entire unit felt very dirty. 3. One of the bedrooms was much warmer than the rest of the unit so we turned the heat off. The heat continued to kick on and the unit never got below 70. It was between 44-48 outside so we ended up opening a window in the one bedroom.

Loved the double suite layout and the fireplace. Needs updating. Beds comfortable and clean.

We were disappointed with the living room area dirty and stained carpets. The living room furniture was also extremely worn and stained so we had to cover the couch with a blanket before sitting on the cushions. Need to replace all of the living room furniture.

Dirty, stinky, gross

the location was great

There was a Tractor (think an 18wheeler) parked and taking up 5 parking spots in front of my room. The room smelled badly of smoke, a side table in the room had obviously been chewed on by a dog and all the particle board was exposed and dripping dust on the floor. I had to request bedding for the sofa bed, and was told they didn’t have blankets, so my son was expected to sleep with only 2 sheets in 20degree weather. We didn’t shower due to finding pubic hair in the tub. if we hadn’t arrived in the middle of a winter snow storm advisory, we would have left, found another place to stay and disputed with my bank. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN! Over $200 for a dirty, stinky room. I let the fireplace sucker me….don’t stay here! It’s gross

Sadly this will be our last stay, the hotel draws in questionable guests

We have been coming to this hotel for 4 years. it’s a great location but over the years the hotel has slowly been degrading in service and upkeep.

Drunk guests banging on our door for hours in the middle of the night. The staff weren’t much help.
