The "bistro". Was not great!! not even good! They were only open for certain intervals. They adertised starbucks coffee. only served until 10Am they first night we got there they closed early. The staff was not consistant. Some of them closed earlier than they should have. Front Desk was great! Room was great. We were not there on a vacation. We had to go somewhere because we had a flood at our house but I wouldn't go back there in an area where there are so many places to choose from! They could do much better!

Clean, comfortable, but would not stay again due to the understaffed bistro which was not open full time. No alternative

Clean, comfortable

Onsite bistro was understaffed and not open for some hours during the day and evening. Waited 30+ minutes to order breakfast. Long line for food. The property is not walking distance to any convenient alternative restaurants. Shuttle to cruise port driver was very nice and informative.

Muy buena estancia pero puede mejorar

Muy buena ubicación, cercana al aeropuerto, al puerto Everglades, a Sawgrass y otros puntos de interés para nosotros. Habitación espaciosa y cómoda

- El proceso para el desayuno es algo lento, el personal asignado no exhibe una actitud particularmente amigable. - Lamentablemente, el personal de recepción no cuenta con hablantes de español, lo que puede dificultar la comunicación para aquellos huéspedes que no dominan el inglés. - Durante la limpieza diaria de la habitación, solo proporcionaban tres toallas, a pesar de que éramos cuatro personas. Esto nos obligaba a llamar constantemente para que nos suministraran la cuarta toalla.

Loved the convience but feels like the rooms need some tlc.

Close to the airport and a good restaurant for dinner.

They did not have the type of room I reserved months previous. Our room needed some attention. The toilet did not flush properly. The door to the cabinet that held the mini fridge fell off the hinge.

Excellent value for the price. Great location because it's really close to the airport.

I loved the hottub. The workout room looked really nice but I didn't use it. The bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains were great. I loved the Starbucks latte in the morning. It was nice to have flatbread in the evening.

It was not worth the money

The hotel was very modern and attractive

Too expensive… for the room and cruise port shuttle. The included breakfast was pricey and limited to 3 choices. I couldn’t have both juice and coffee Oy worth

it was good for one night stay

sofa sleeper was not actually a sofa, it was a single chair that had only a twin bed. that should be disclosed as I would have chosen a different hotel.

Bad experience

it’s just an average hotel.

We waited forever for a shuttle and had to call 2x. We were picked up in an airport shuttle that was in poor condition. The door did not work properly without a great deal of effort. I thought we were trapped inside. The seat I sat in had something broken and sticking up. The van was in poor condition. When we arrived at hotel the desk clerk told us breakfast was certain hours and alacarte only. I said no the reservation includes breakfast and it is for 3. He said no. I objected. He then said ok free breakfast for one only. The others have to pay. I gave up on that and we went to the room. We were given the wrong room. It only had one queen bed for 2 adults and one teenager. We went back to the front desk and they moved us to a 2nd room. The 2nd room was still wrong again but we had worked and traveled all day and we were done and tired. We gave up on getting what we reserved. We started to get settled to find someone else’s stuff was left in the dresser. It was not items you want to see. A text came across my phone from Bank of America of the charge. We were overcharged by $27.00. The rate on booking. com said all taxes and fees included. This is just in the 1st 2 hours here. Realize we were paying spring break prices for this room.
