Great Vaue

It was a good value for a one bedroom suite at the last minute. The suite is updated and has everything you would need. The area has an old town vibe and there are places to go within walking distance..

It is an extended stay hotel, so be prepared for the smells that come from people cooking and being there longer than a week or so. We were put next to the elevator on the 4th floor. It was very loud. The walls are thin too . The parking is very narrow. There is no breakfast if you like that.

I couldn’t see me going back

the gentleman that checked me in was. very polite.

I did not like the location ! There was one way in the parking lot and way out. There was an stench when you walk in to the building. There was a bar or some type of place people gather at and I could here music, and talking and it was late( midnight)

Perfekt, um mit der Metro / PKW in 45min in DC zu sein

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und beste Anbindung nach DC. Die Suite mit Küche war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, für einen längeren Aufenthalt optimal geeignet.

A nice stay in Falls Church, close to Washington DC

We travelled by car so the location was great, I loved the neighborhood, quiet and safe, the building looked so American (sorry, tourists here). The room, studio actually, was very big (we even had a kitchenette), the bathroom was nice, spatious room, big TV. The bed was very comfy. 20-25mins by car till Washington DC. The staff was very kind and helpful. It has parking. We enjoyed our stay. *We recommend Cafe Kindred for breakfast, 5mins by car, 10mins walk.

You have to pay for the parking, $5/day. If you arrive late at night, you might not find an available spot for your car. We were lucky to find the last one available one night.

Although a great room, there were some nuisances that held it back from being a great experience.

I loved the hotel themselves. Clean, minimal, and provided a lot of amenities. Although the tub was prone to leaking water outside, it’s a very nice hotel room overall.

The front desk took excessively long to check us in, only to figure out that they were actually charging me again for the hotel room. There was absolutely zero transparency from the associate about the process other than a “sorry for the wait.” I only found out about this by checking my bank statement and seeing the charge on my account and reached out to the staff via email. The charge was only disputed after I had to email the hotel about the situation and see that be reflected. Not only that, but the curtains didn’t fully cover the window and left it exposed for people to see inside. Although it appears to be a relatively secure location, it didn’t feel as private as it could’ve been. Lastly, the bathrooms didn’t provide a full barrier and it was easy to spill water on the bathroom floor by a mild shower.

Comfy but you pay extra for everything

I liked the location and the bed and room itself were comfy.

When I made my booking, parking was free. In the intervening time they started charging $5 for parking. In a parking lots that’s already there, just a pure money grab. And since they became a Sonesta, they stopped offering breakfast AND got rid of the pool 😩

If you aren't looking for actual hotel amenities like a gym or pool, just a comfortable and clean place to stay with a kitchen... This was perfect!

i didn’t like that my key card was not working and i didn’t like that our door lock was jammed and we had to push the door closed and that none of the doors inside the room could lock otherwise it was a great experience and it was very comfortable

Superb

It was clean, super convenient, and the suite was great. Definitely felt like good value! Plus the staff was super nice and helpful (shout out to Derrek)

I think there's a nearby bar or something? It was super loud, which is beyond y'all's control so that's not impacting my review. The room did smell weird and it didn't clear up even with the windows open all day.

I initially booked for two nights and then rebooked for another seven.

Clean, modern rooms. Normally mini-kitchens freak me out but this one was clean and pretty.

The walls are thin and you can hear things that you don’t wish to hear.

Nice size room comfortable bed

Hall carpet had a smell and I think they should put people with pets and those of us who are afraid of them in separate buildings
