I expected more from a Marriott property.

Breakfast? What breakfast? The guy who checked me in was OK.

All three drawers on the dresser slid open and stayed there because it was not level. Shampoo bottle mounted in the shower wasn't there. Sugar ants running rampant in the room and laundry or garbage bags in the hallway pretty much 24/7.

I paid to have breakfast included and when I got there I was informed by staff that I didn’t get breakfast in the receipt clearly shows that I did so I had to get up early and go get breakfast in a snow storm

It was a very pleasant stay and I would return to this hotel, but please bring back maid service.

The room and location were great. The staff were very friendly and supportive

There wasn't daily maid service. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper and tissues at the front desk. Although they brought them to us in a timely fashion upon our request, I really missed the daily maid service....a great deal!!

Nice place but always check with hotel directly before showing up that reservations are correct

Facility was nice, service and staff very pleasant

I book two rooms and when showed up only had one room and clerk not able to provide another. I showed the check in clerk my booking.com reservation and clearly stated two rooms booked. After 10 minutes of not being able to find another room stated that we had no choice but to accept the one room. Do not know if this was hotel's fault or booking.com

Coffee was too expensive and terrible. Asked for chair was not given very uncomfortable toilet overflowed and sink would not drain

not up to Marriott quality and or standard. very dirty property overall and not worth the price.

staff were friendly and location was good

very dirty hotel. trash and food was left in hallway for two days. hallway floors were extremely dirty and stained. spilled food and drinks left in hallways and elevators for more than 24 hours.

It was good, met expectations overall.

No breakfast. Location was convenient. Everything was ready upon arrival, which was good. We just think that it was a bit expensive. But, maybe we are not that experienced in travel.
