Laminatfußboden, sauber, ordentlich, alles gut, schon etwas gebrauchter Zustand, Frühstück ist gut und auswahlreich, Einwegbesteck, Buffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen, Ei, Obst, Yogurt, Beagles, Toast, guter Kaffee, diverse Milchsorten und ausreichend Sitzplatz.
Die Gegend und Entfernungen zu den typischen Zielen in Chicago sind passend für einen Städtetripp.
Das Zimmer war etwas laut durch Abluftanlagen der umliegenden Gebäude.

The location is perfect and we felt safe walking the area, even after dark.
Parking instructions would have been helpful at time of booking. There’s a parking garage around the corner but it’s very tight and it was a little nerve racking. And very expensive!

The space was perfect. The king room had a fantastic bed with quality linen. White towels. Great shower. Clean. High standard. We loved the breakfast spread. More variety than we expected. Even real orange juice. Wow.

The front desk doesn't smile. I visit 5 or 6 times, get a lower floor, like four, never a higher floor even ask for, and sometimes the same room.

Bed was hard as a rock, bedroom felt like a full bed instead of queen and we were facing the trash cans and they are too loud very early in the morning.

The location is central to so much to do. Right on the Magnificent Mile so can’t be beat. Valet drivers were wonderful.
The room wasn’t clean and desperately needed updated. Trash fell out of lamp when we turned it on. There were nasty things wrote on bathroom mirror which hadn’t been cleaned. I could go on and on.

Location was good; easy to get to where we needed to go by foot.
We always wish there were more options for vegan and gluten free people...
