Nice hotel but needs attention to the things mentioned

Very comfortable hotel, loved the pool / equipment room. It would be great if there was a microwave in each room, more towels/ wash rags and shower mat. Other than that our stay was very comfortable/ nice. The young lady at the front desk the morning we checked in was soooo very nice and accommodating. She was the same when we checked out.

That there was no microwave and extra towels/ wash rags and shower mates. The coffee was gross tasted old this stated by multiple guest. The eggs can be way better.

We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Location was convenient and easy to access.

Only thing that was inconvenient was the main elevator was not working and we had to use the one on the other side of the hotel.

Don’t let the entrance to the property affect your visit. Looked sketchy but there is 24 hour security.

On-site restaurant, The Cantina was excellent. Great staff and incredible food. Live music on Thursday when I was there. Room was clean and beds extremely comfortable.

The fire alarm going off at 12:30; however, there was no fire but still woken up from a deep sleep and had to evacuate.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Querque.

The price was good, the beds were decent.

There was a bit of mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling. The toilet shot out water in an unexpected way when you flush. The area itself is a little sketchy.

A place to sleep and wait

Room was ok for price in decent location

No breakfast, elevator closed for modernization. No micro in room. Front staff was a little standoffish but to be fair I encountered her having bad experiences with two other guests. Extra $50 hold sucked and wasn't disclosed until checking. Bathrooms need exhaust fans

the elevator and the pool/hot tub were both under repair. long slog to the third floor with luggage. staff was apologetic but could not move us to a first or second floor room the room itself was fine for a simple overnight stay but I went through my suitcase and crammed things into a daypack so I didn’t have to lug things three floors. not very convenient and zero heads up from the hotel. if made the reservation 2 months prior to the stays

I didn't like much.

When checking in I was asked 1st 2nd, 3rd floor my kids wanted 3rd floor but they never told us the elevators in whole hotel was put of service.

The bed was very comfortable the pillows were softer than a preacher's hands. The TV had great base for my jams. It was easy to watch YouTube and Netflix on my TV. The staff Jarred Melissa Robert went above and beyond to alleviate my concerns. I even had my own sliding glass door that I could open and get some fresh air. The housekeepers are very nice. I love this place.

The beds were comfy, and the staff that I actually interacted with were friendly enough.

First off, the main light for the room did not work, and the shower curtain liner was very obviously dirty, but these were things I would have never complained about or even included in my review, were it not for the staff issue. I’m really not in the habit of slamming budget hotels, but the staff here made some serious errors that they did not seem the least bit interested in correcting. I stopped here in the middle of a 15-hour road trip. I got in about 1:00 am, which means it was almost 3:00 am when I finally got to sleep. I had anticipated this and chosen Querque hotel over others that were near the I-25, specifically because its noon check-out time would allow me to get a decent amount of sleep. Unfortunately, this did not prove to be the benefit I had anticipated because people began knocking on my door and trying to enter my room in 1-hour intervals starting at 8:00 am with the housekeeping crew. I put the do not disturb sign out after the first awakening (I figured that was my bad for forgetting initially), but it didn’t stop people from continuing to come by, including one time when they did not even knock, but just opened the door quietly, I assume to look in as best they could with the security latch being in place. Creepy. The final interruption was a phone call a little before 11:00 am, which I did not answer because I was in the bathroom, having long since given up on getting any more broken sleep. I checked my room key in the door at 11:30 am, when I attempted to take my dog on a quick walk before check-out, and it was not working. I called the front desk and let them know the key wasn’t working. I was then informed that their auditor had checked me out at 6:00 am that morning, for absolutely no reason at all. She suggested that perhaps I’d had someone else in my room who had left early in the morning. I had not. She said I could come to the front desk with my ID to get it reactivated, and I decided to just continue packing up and get out of there.

It was pretty good.

It was clean and at a good location. There was security through the night in the parking lot. The rooms were clean. The staff member was very friendly and helpful when I checked in.

The hallway smelled like cannibus so we had to block the bottom of our door with a towel.

Can't say enough good things about the staff. A fantastic value and we will definitely return.

Breakfast is def very simple but they clarify this when you check in to pre-empt possible disappoint in case you had high expectations. Super friendly staff and great with making recommendations. The cantina restaurant was wonderful. Quick and friendly service, and a great value. Pool and hot tub clean and good temp, and the gym was adequate considering the price range of the hotel and all equipment well taken care of.

Not sure what was up with the thermostat in the fitness center, it was pretty hot in there.
