Comfortable beds.

Didn’t have breakfast. Did have hamburger on the bistro which was excellent. Staff very nice.

The toilet ran constantly. Reported it and Sam offered to change rooms we said no we would just close the bathroom door. Also, not mentioned when I got in bed I saw cobwebs above bed.

Its good but the grease smell no bueno

The pool was dirty As soon as you come in , the smell in the all hotel was french fried and thats is not nice at all And there is not daily cleaning service but the stay was good .

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good shampoo and conditioner.

The covers on the bed were too light. I would like a thicker comforter. I also could hear the TV from the rooms above and below. It would be great to have better sound proofing and better doors so that they slam less. For the price and in looking at nearby other hotels, having breakfast included seems reasonable.

Nice.

I like the style of the hotel. Linens are superb. Wonderful bed and bathroom. It's nice that an endless supply of toiletries are provided in the shower.

What I didn't like was at 10:30 PM there was a constant bang of doors, the way it sounds when the safety hinge is being used to prop the door open. We thought there was a large group of late arrivals trying to get into their rooms. After 25 minutes of this, my husband opened the door to find a housekeeping cart and a man not in a uniform standing there. My husband asked if he could stop banging the door, and he answered, what do you expect me to do? I'm cleaning rooms. At almost 11 PM at night? The front desk said they would send someone up, but also didn't respond when I asked if this was a normal activity to be cleaning rooms this late. It was very weird. In addition, there was a very young child and a poodle with this man. No, we were not drunk. I would still stay here again, because Marriott is a great product.

The hotel was in a great location from U Albany.

I booked a suite for 3 people. The room only had bed sheets and towels for 2. Also there seems to be only one person working at a time so there is always a line at the front desk.

The Bistro restaurant seemed understaffed. The few people that worked there were friendly but often there was nobody readily available to take my order.

The staff was very polite, warm and kind. Especially the receptionist - Thalia. She arranged coffee though the facility was closed. And accommodated all the requests made.

Can keep drinking water bottles in the rooms.

Had a great stay

I didn't eat the breakfast on site. I thought breakfast was complimentary but was told it was for purchase so I went elsewhere.

The streaming services required personal user information, I thought they were complimentary as well. My room was not cleaned on my second day of stay, guess it wasn't the standard.

I will more than likely stay there again. It was central to connecting with my high school friends

I loved access to the pool, that there was a bistro there and people were extremely friendly and helpful

I did have to seek someone out for more towels but they replenished them quickly

Everything was exceptionally clean. Room very nice and had all the amenities I needed. Staff very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Albany.

pleasant!

across the street from SUNY Albany which is where my conference was, this meant no need for Ubers! Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Gym had decent equipment.

My room was on the first floor by one of the staff doors, so it started being open and shut over and over very early in the morning, which woke me up. Other than that, all was great!

It was clean,good was good !

My room numbers was 121 on the bottom floor ! the room was connected to a utility room .apparently the coffee maker was on the other side of the wall that my head was laying buy !! It was crazy loud, it woke me and my family up from a dead sleep at 10:00 pm I walked out in the hall and spoke with staff,I asked them to please quit doing what ever they was doing .so my family could go back to sleep.this went on until around 11:15 pm . It took about 2 hrs to fall back to sleep . and at 4:30 am they did the same thing !!!! woke us up again!!! So basically I paid 250.00 to stay up all night !!

Was a fair stay.

Staff was great. The receptionist who was originally from Queens, NY was wonderful!!, The young girl (college student) working at the Bistro was very pleasant. She was very polite, even with several guests that were not so nice because she was out of tater tots and one other menu item.

The heating/AC vent is directly over the bed. When it kicks on, there is a loud bang which woke we up several times. I lowered the temp to 60 to prolong the unit from running and turning off. I then did the opposite. The shower was leaking on the metal drain making a tinging noise. I put a wash cloth on it to deaden the noise. There was a used coffee bag in the coffee maker with mold on it so I did not use the coffee maker in the morning. There were small spots of dried blood under the sink and at the end of the bedspread.
