To be honest, this was the most run down and low quality Marriot I have ever seen in my life.

The property was in a decent location. The area had lots of shops and stores, so I did not need to go far to purchase anything I needed during my stay. Room service only took 20 minutes to come, and the food was better than expected. Nothing exceptional or 5-star, but certainly good, even if it was a bit pricey.

The breakfast is listed as "free" on my booking. However, It was not free at the property. All meals needed to be paid for. I paid extra for the "free breakfast" option offered by booking.com, and I was informed that I had to pay for it at the property. Also, the halls and the room smell old, moldy, dingy, and generally run down. I stayed on the first floor, and from the moment I turned the corner after leaving the front desk, it lost the luxury, clean, upscale hotel smell. The conference room shades were torn, and there were several signs of water intrusion and mold on the ceilings. I would have stayed at a different hotel had I known this place was so run down. My TV remote did not work and the room smell stale, stuffy, moldy, and old, like a dusty attic. The workout equipment could use some oiling, anti-rust care, one less treadmill and elliptical, perhaps an addition of a smith machine. The pictures made the fitness center look bigger, cleaner, newer, and nicer than it turned out to be.

bad breakfast and no one at check out

NO one at check-out around 10AM. I have not received my bill and it was a business trip, and the breakfast was the worse I have had in a Hotel.

Horrible!

Location

We had to change rooms the first day because the air conditioner was leaking water across both beds on the floor. The second room it took the hot water maybe 15 minutes to warm up before each shower!!!! Very disappointed with this stay. And the pool was out of service

Pool was cold and had to walk around it when sitting outside. Would be nice if your key card could open door.

Our stay was enjoyable but the lack of generosity of spirit would make me think twice booking again

Lovely bedroom and bathroom.

Ground floor bedroom was quite noisy as there were various events happening. There was a distinct lack of storage space. Charging for bedroom Wi-Fi is unbelievable in this digital world. Breakfast costs were extortionate.

Enjoyable break on a long drive

My children and I stayed here for one night to break up a long road trip. The facility was very clean, and I felt safe with them both inside and outside of the hotel. It was in a great location for us.

Nice place but 30' from City and most malls

Room large and clean Bed confortable Window can be partially opened Netflix Free wifi and parking

No safe box No possibility to cast mobile nor Prime Vidéo + useful for foreign guests No breakfast buffet but menus not great and need to choose coffee or juice. Coffee priced at $5. Serving personal very 'cold' Far from every thing without a car.

The staff was nice, and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable enough

The double bed room provided only enough storage for 1 person. Closet was small, no drawers to store items so 2 people in 1 room required luggage and bags to be placed all over the floor. The bathroom door was a slider and closed fine but was hateful to open- stuck and jumped off track if closed completely. The bathroom door also had a frosted glass, providing little privacy. No microwave and the fridge did not keep cool sufficiently
