공항이랑 가까워서 좋았다. 진짜 바로 붙어있다.

비행기 이착륙시 소음이 발생하는데 딱히 문제 있을정도는 아니다.

The hotel was great was a very last minute booking for us due to flight cancellation so staff were very helpful checking us in and helping us locate our room which was just what we needed after long 15hrs at airports

We had only checked in at 2am due to the issues and not had much sleep when about 7.30-8am. House keeping came knocking to ask if we had finished with the room even thought check out was at noon and we had asked when we checked in to leave us untill 11am

It was clean and close to the airport.

There were no restaurants open by the time we checked in.

Check in was quick. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Location to the airport was very close and convenient.

At checkout, it was hard to find someone to speak to that didn’t have broken English. Communication barrier was tough.

Location is perfect when you have an early flight in the morning

I LOVED watching the planes take off and land. It was amazing!

Hotel was fantastic, clean, comfortable, food was good and the staff were really friendly.

Getting to the hotel from the international airport was a bit of a struggle, this was using the hotel shuttle service.

They had a convention in, elevators were shut down for a while as no one could control the children as well as adults overcrowding the elevators. Food is good very expensive for what you get

Het personeel was heel klantgericht en super vriendelijk. Bij aankomst kregen wij op verzoek een kamer met een uitzicht op het vliegveld omdat onze dochter dat zo leuk vindt. Zij was dolgelukkig!

What a nice surprise for our overnight stay. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. The employees were kind, welcoming and helpful.

The property wasn’t far from the airport and we were able to drive there with no problems. The staff ensured people were assisted promptly. Not everyone seemed welcoming, however they did their job. The shower worked and there was no clogging of the tub this time. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of outlets available for charging devices. (European and American). The hotel is very spacious and easy to well decorated for the holidays.

The hotel is loud. This the second time staying there and there seem to always have a buzzing sound coming from somewhere. I was offered the 9th floor which I declined for a lower floor only to have to return to the lobby because the keys didn’t work. I was assisted by a professional woman who ensured we received the correct key or coded the keys correctly, but after an 11 hour flight it’s frustrating that it didn’t work the first time.

The location.

The shuttle to and from the airport terminal was not well signposted and did not service the international terminal. The lady at checkin did not recognise us as returning guests nor as Bonvoy members

Very close to my favorite landmarks there in Venice. Short walk to Rialto Bridge. The staff is nice. The breakfast is pretty good with several options. The ceilings in the room are nice and high.

The bed could have been better. The shower had very little pressure. Had to use the handicap hose down low. Because of its age, it was hard to find my room the first few times I tried. Room in the 600's were on the 2nd elevator floor but you had to walk down a fight of stairs. I figured it out though.

It was very comfortable, clean, nice. A great hotel for a family with an overnight stop near the airport.

More of an Atlanta problem : no shuttle from the International terminal, so we had to travel to domestic in a airport shuttle and then wait for the shuttle to the airport. After a 10 hour flight it can be tiring.

The food was expensive, overly so for what it was. The name also implies it’s connected to the concourse, but it is not. I was really looking for a hotel we could access inside 5he airport whether inside the controlled space or not.
