But over all everything was nice

Everything was clean

What I didn’t like that at night like around 12 or 1:30 their was people very loud I don’t if they where arguing I don’t what issues it was

Not worth it though the front desk staff were great and the food in the cafe was pretty good

No free breakfast and the "cafe" was expensive and usually empty.

When we got to our room it wasn't cleaned so we had to get another one. Coffee maker was willing parts so unable to make coffee. Shower was very low grade, water pressure not good...basically very low grade utilitarian.

My to go to Hotel when I visit North Jersey.

Hot chocolate and banana bread was awesome. 2- the fact it was very clean "That's very important to me." had internet access. queen beds. over all it was an excellent experience.

the only couple of things I would change...1- I would change the tub and curtain with a shower and glass doors and I would change the showerhead to have more water pressure.

I would stay here again. I think this will be my go-to hotel when I visit NJ.

The most important thing is cleanness. the room was clean and did not smell at all. my family loved it and I loved it as well.

The entrance is a bit complicated. but not an issue at all.

Taylor Swift Weekend Enhanced by Stay Here

The staff was amazing. They were sold out all weekend for Taylor Swift but let us check in early. Gave us great advice on local places to eat, etc. Checked in with us each time we were in the lobby. A very enjoyable stay.

location of hotel makes it difficult to find the entrance into the parking lot. one way Street so if you miss it you have to drive around and try again. frustrating plus you Can’t see courtyard building and signage very easily.

We booked a room with a king size bed. They insisted it was a king size bed, but it was a queen bed. That was disappointing

Clean and good location for a tour in NYC coming from Upstate NY

Manager wouldn’t accept a passport to check in and only want a driver’s license. I explained I lost my purse with my wallet but they weren’t very accomodating. I ended up changing the name for the booking so my companion can show his license and check in. It took us almost 2 hrs to check in

Great apart from no breakfast service included.

From cleanliness, to comfort and staff service; easy accessibility and plenty of parking, friendly staff, all was excellent.

I was surprised that a continental breakfast was not includes. Most hotels in the price range offer some sort of breakfast. It was disappointing that this one does not.
