My husband and I had a great weekend getaway in this hotel. The room was perfect and spacious. The property had great am

I loved the property. Mostly we enjoyed the hot breakfast and cozy seating by the fire pit.

The only downfall was the fact that we didn’t have pool towels when needed.

Staff was knowledgeable even about questions not related to the hotel...I received assistance from staff at front desk when she went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate her help.

Sometimes the maids are not consistent in how they clean...soap replacement... switch out used towels for fresh ones.

The room was great fully equipped with what we needed and very spacious

The cable was down the entire stay no TV, movies, had to buy games to entertain everyone. The air conditioner was out the first day and it was so hot in the room for the first day.

It was horrible!! No elevator 3 quarters of the stay !! Had to carry all luggage up and down stairs is not right !! The

Stop Looking and Book It Now!!

Nice size room and bed was soooo comfortable!! Kitchen was well equipped and had a full size refrigerator as well as a dishwasher. Extremely clean unit which makes you feel right at home!! The staff were AMAZING, helpful and extremely caring!! Breakfast is fabulous, kept well stocked and clean the whole breakfast time! Location is perfect for whatever you need to do in Weston and the surrounding area. Spent 5 nights there and we are glad that we chose Marriott Residence Inn in Weston to spend them! Close to Cleveland Clinic and shuttle to there and Sawgrass Mall as well!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for all of your wonderful, caring hospitality!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the comfort of both the bed and couch. The full size kitchen was also very nice. Great selections for the included breakfast as well.

Room was nice but the bathroom was underpar.

The front staff were nice. The room was large and well done. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of options.

HOWEVER, the bathroom was way under par. What looked like mold damage in one area, and the shower curtain had mold on it. Cracked shower tiles, and moldy caulking around the tub. Drain stopper was broken and placed to the side. Also, the trashcan under the kitchen sink WASN'T EMPTIED FROM PREVIOUS GUEST!!!! That made me question the entire housekeeping crew..

The facilities are a little out dated but the hotel is still great

The staff is great and always very welcoming. Breakfast was great.

We had a problem with our first room, we arrived in the middle of the night to find out we have no hot water. The staff was welcoming and immediately gave us a different room that was unfortunately smaller

Handicapped rooms were liking adequate lighting creating at dark atmosphere important while recovering from your care at

Location to Cleveland Clinic.

The first floor which is used for the handicapped was dark due to the excessive foliage in the courtyard. The pool is very small and badly placed in the shade. Breakfast was poor. Odd buffet choices and service was mediocre.
