Night staff was horrible, rude and even threatened to kick us out because we complained about no AC in our room

Close to all things in Scottsdale

We had to change rooms 4 times due to AC issues and door problems

It was a decent place for affordability and location.

Updated and good location.

It wasn’t cleaned very well, the floors were really dirty. I would notice the bottom of my feet had a layer of dirt on it and would have to rinse them off in the shower. The showers water pressure wasn’t that great, it barely came out in a full stream and was missing a glass sliding door so you only could stay behind one small glass panel.

Great location and staff. Cheap renovation.

Hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was excellent and did their best to help us with our many problems.

Apparently the facility was renovated, but the infrastructure was not. We had a broken pipe leak in the ceiling and a separate leak a few days later. We had 1 1/2 days with no hot water.

Would of enjoyed my stay if we would have been away from pool.

Did not have breakfast do to it was already gone when we went to eat.

The other guest were very loud and let the kids riding a skateboard which made a lot of noise. Had to ask for towels no hot water. People in the pool very noisy.

Clean nicely decorated comfy room

No hot water to shower and Somehow it showed us as a no show for our room the following morning. Someone came to the room 6:30 am to check prior to check out. Puzzling that when we checked out the room still showed unoccupied with no show. I did have a confirmation that the charge was on my credit card and an email showing our complete transaction. A credit was being offered for $30.00 due to no hot water. Front desk said I had to call booking.com which I did and Booking.com said they were in contact with the hotel and they agreed to give me a credit which as of today has not been done.

convenient for my purposes

I didn’t like the fact that booking charged me extra for no smoking room , while all rooms in this hotel are non-smoking. I request a refund from booking !!!

I loved the location, my room, and the comfort of the bed! Great place to stay for the location and would definitely stay here again!!

Quiet, moldy, dusty!

Nice area in Scottsdale.

it looked like a room and flooded and it smelled like mold in the floorboards & the baseboards were brown on the bottom from water damage it smelled really bad in there. Their air filter in the air conditioner look like it had never been cleaned before. My husband is very asthmatic and that was the first thing we checked and it was completely completely covered in dust that is a very very big health hazard.
