Overall it was good and comfortable stay.

Check in was quick. Parking spot to the room was very convenient. Breakfast was awesome!

There were very less number of plug points for phone/watches/ipads to charge. There was no microwave.

Other than the comments above we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was okay, nothing too special.

The bed was really uncomfortable, I had a lot of back pains. Also did not enjoy the train being so close seem like the train was coming all night and it woke me up each time.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Dani was great at check-in. Very nice, knowledgeable.

OurBathroom sink plumbing leaked into my toiletry bags tucked underneath. The bathroom door squeaked so loud that we awakened each other. The toilet ran all night. My husband says it needs a new flapper valve. I jotted down these issues and passed them to the desk clerk at checkout, and she didn't seem concerned about the issues. No "I'm sorry", or "thank you for letting me know", just "I'll pass it on". We won't be back.

Being near downtown sac had me skeptical of this place. It's located in a quiet little pocket. No homelessness or sketchy people in sight. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great hot breakfast with large variety. If we had to stay in sac again it would be here. Price was high but feeling safe was worth it. Bed was most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on. Room was nice and clean. Simple but we weren't looking for fancy, just close to our event.

Price is high considering location and style of hotel. Parking costs money, which should be included in room price.

Dirty Duvet Stains

The front desk person was nice.

Upon getting into our room, the sheets had red, blood like stains on the duvet covers (poor quality photo). Called down to front desk and he said he will have house keeping take care of it, they came to just give us another blanket. I had to personally point out the red stains… They then had a concerned look on their face and said they will need to replace it. For the place, I would say it’s overpriced for the quality.
