The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The setting is very nice and quiet. It felt like we were staying in a home in a nice neighborhood.

The pricing was good.

The location wasn't completely clean. There were signs on doors about evictions. Many on the first floor limiting access, for use. We needed a first floor room due to a knee injury, but had to stay upstairs. Several loud arguments and just general noise could be heard. Staff didn't seem knowledgeable and weren't attentive.

They in my room even though I had up the do not disturb sign on. They called me with a question which proved I was not on location and then went in my room. Seems suspect.

it was a nonsmoking facility but the hallway with the office stunk like smoke, also nobody cleaned my room the whole time I was there. I could tell they came in because the towels were folded but my bed was not made and the trash was not taken out.
