Location was close to our destination

clean the room better, invest in some towels , towels were clean but hard & spoty. second night the Noise from the room
in top of 106 didn't let me sleep for 2 hours kids jumping and running.

We loved the beds and pillows. We had a late check in, due to our travel time to.our destination being longer than expected, and the staff upon check in and check out, were lovely.
We wanted to have chinese take out during our stay, and had looked up a local restaurant online. We went to the front desk to inquire if they possibly had a take out menu. They told us there was no chinese restaurant in town, but they had the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. We felt it was a bit of manipulation. We still got chinese takeout.

Absolutely nothing
The door to the room didn’t close right. It was easily pushed open. The tv didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work. And there were spiders all over the room.

Beds were slightly leaning to one side. Bedspread was stained. NO Guardrails of any kind in shower - nothing to hold on to when getting in or stepping out. My sister and I are elderly. I managed very carefully (and truthfully didn't realize until I was in shower), but told my sister NOT to attempt shower because I was afraid she would slip and fall. Problem with TV reception - but lady in charge that evening went above and beyond to fix it and get it working! She was exceptional!! Oh and ceiling smoke detector was just hanging, not secured to ceiling.

I didn’t like that there were cockroaches in my room hair in the shower smelled like cigarettes, and that the ladie at the front desk tried scamming me as soon as I got here, I paid on the app and she tried to convince me to pay some type of check in fee which was the cost of the room

I booked this for a friend and his wife. They enjoyed their stay so much they have hooked additional time at this hotel. Room wasn’t the cleanest when they arrived, but the sheets were clean and they were able to make the rest work. Also, pet friendly! Huge bonus!

Our keys had to be re-keyed every single time. Called for lightbulbs and they turned our ac off. Breakfast was disgusting and desk staff was rude. The security lock on the auxiliary entrance door was broken, so anyone could just walk in the building any time of night or day. They should have to pay us for staying!!

You need to take this property off your site. It was horible
Everything. It was a disgusting dung heap. Amy the front desk lady was very nice. Everything else sucked!! Also there were bed bugs in my sons bed.

Location for our purposes and attached Mexican Restaurant were great
Received no housekeeping...so we went to nighttime desk person and said we need fresh towels after a dirty night at the racing track...was told laundry is closed...i said unacceptable as we received no housekeeping...so he then says it's not his job and to talk to the daytime desk people...UNBELIEVABLE!!! Told him I'm gonna get the towels myself from the laundry room...he rolls his eyes and then decides to get up and go get me some...hands me 2 hand towels...I said what about face cloths and shower towels and he says that's all they have...Worst customer I have ever had...also there was a burn hole in my blanket and the carpet between the beds was covered in dog or cat hair
