The perfect hotel stay for business travel.

This was my second stay at this property. Even the Queen Studio Suite is large and comfortable. Lots of closet space, full kitchen, a sofa and ottoman in the seating area. The TV stand swivels so that you can watch sitting on the couch or in bed. A full-size desk with chair and strong Wi-Fi connection. Good water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast - nice size seating area with TV to watch the morning news and a variety of breakfast options to eat there or grab and go. The front desk staff are always available with a great attitude and go above and beyond to provide great customer service.

They don't provide daily housekeeping service unless you remember to specifically request it. The coffee isn't that good. Even the Bold Option was weak.

I won’t stay there again. It felt like more of a long term stay apartment complex than a hotel like atmosphere.

The location was close to where I was working. The kind studio was nice

It was loud. I heard lots of commotion from both sides of me. Also lots of banging above me. The shower was dirty. Lots of black mildew around shower drain and faucet :(

My room was nice. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and exactly what I wanted

The elevator did not work. We were placed on the 3rd floor. I just had knee surgery and climbing those stairs was the hardest thing for me to do. The room also had roaches.

Leah, the front desk attendant was outstanding when she checked me in. Loved the little gift bags that they gave out to their guests. Quiet, loved that you could open the windows and let the fresh air in.

Upon arrival the front desk lady was beyond kind and friendly but that was the best part of our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay, and will stay at the same location in the future.

The hotel was conveniently situated close to the interstate in a safe location, and it was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, including a full kitchenette and dishes. Breakfast included fresh eggs, waffles, pastries, and various breakfast beverages, to mention a few.

I have no negative comments. I was very impressed with the hotel and service.

Front desk person was very attentive to the guests. I may have had to wait but it was only because she was providing assistance to the guest in front of me. When it was my turn, she extended the same courtesy. Definitely will stay here again if I come back to GA.

Parking was limited but seemed to be just enough for the guests. Very dark in the back lot which made me uncomfortable being a woman traveling alone.

Great apartment-like stay for family of 5

It was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms, and the kids thought it was pretty cool that we had 3 tvs! Good breakfast and variety. Staff very nice. Will stay here again.

The location was good. The room was satisfactory. I would come back if I had to.

The hotel was old, but the room size and the accommodations in the room were a plus. Such as a kitchen area and full size refrigerator.

Excellent Stay!

The property was clean. There were washers and dryers available, and they accepted cards as a method of payment. The staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. free parking, breakfast was ok but with Covid messing so many things up & facilities being short staffed, we’re appreciative for the breakfast that they did have. our TV did have a cracked with a screen. but to be honest everything else was so nicely done that we did not let that bother us + we were there mainly for my son’s basketball games, so we were not in the room majority of the time. I did report it to the front desk. I did have to work remotely and stayed back in the hotel. it was very quiet. no complaints at all !!
