Clean, modern and friendly staff.

It was located outside of the city (Charlotte) but close to friends we were visiting.

Departing from the hotel was made a bit difficult because the exit was on to a side street which had a central divider in it that required one to turn right and then make a u-turn if you wanted to go east instead of west.

Room was dirty and gave me the creeps knowing it was not cleaned before we arrived.

Bed was comfortable.

Dirty bathroom, dirty floor, and dirty clothes from previous customer left in the room. Hair in the sink and water spots on the mirrors. Telling me it was NOT cleaned well before we arrived.

The balcony!

The hotel was doing some renovation so only one elevator worked for the patrons. There was also a lot of noise from the contractors working. No problems with the room, though. The receptionist informed me of the renovation upfront and extended the courtesy of placing my wife and I as far away from it as possible.

Overall would stay again

Location and overall room itself. Did not hear any outside noise and was able to get some sleep. The housekeeping lady, maintenence sup and lady at the desk at checkout were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk women upon check in was extremely rude! She stared at me said, "what the name, scan ya card and the elevators behind me"...No hello, where to park or anything helpful.. Would also love breakfast included in a price close to 200/night.
