Location was nice. Felt safe and comfortable. Surrounded by things yo do.

Didn’t really like having to pay to park. Room was outdated. Shower was tiny and leaked water onto bathroom floor.

The food is not great and there isn't an actual dining room. The service in the restaurant wasn't great either.

The 2 ladies at the breakfast cafeteria were so professional and patient and courteous. Well done. The front desk was also very professiomal. The tEAM seems bent on serving the guests and making sure the experience is a pleasant one. Unfortunately, that service is becoming rare. So, well done.

Our room was spacious, and having the balcony was great.

The parking garage is not connected to the hotel. There were band-aids and clumps of hair floating around in the pool.

Jordan was very helpful and kind! She helped us find a new room when our deadbolt didn't lock all the way to our first room. As two young women traveling she helped us feel safe and ensured that we enjoyed our stay!

The quickness of the check in no hassles very professional and very easy to get into my room..very nice staff.

Purchased room with breakfast; they don't provide breakfast there. They offer breakfast for you to buy at their bistro restaurant. Was very disappointed that paid extra for that option.

Did not compare to other sites, especially with NO COFFEE STATION!! I will skip this brand because of that. Most guest were like me coffee in the lobby. Other Hotels have free breakfast, some also dinner (cafe style) something. I pd. more than my colleagues at the other Downtown Marriott I think they should have honored the conference rate and I had to walk the .8 th of a mile down to the conference hall.
