Comfortable, clean, convenient location.

Nice big room, comfortable furniture. Room very clean. Great breakfast and breakfast room.

Some deferred maintenance in the room, but everything was so clean it wouldn’t keep me from going back. $100 pet fee a surprise. I expected one, but not that much.

This was not a pleasant stay at all and way over Priced at $175

perfect location for what we had for the day

They have these G level rooms you would think that is ground floor NO that is below the first floor like an outward facing basement. That's not that bad but they are not connected, there are different sections. The person at the front desk sent me to the wrong place to get the the correct section of the "G" rooms spent 30 minutes looking for my freekin room. The room isn't well laid out, there is a large sitting area but you cant watch TV from that couch. Next morning went to take a shower and couldnt get the shower to come on must have pulled and tuned that faucet head for 10 minutes. This was not a pleasant stay at all and way over Priced at $175

A wonderful family vacation was had by all, The hotel and staff were exceptional.

We loved staying at the residence Inn. The hotel was the perfect location for our vacation stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Colorado.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel accommodations and especially appreciated the staff!

The breakfast was fantastic! I also appreciated the accommodation of a late check out.

The toilets were very loud when flushing.

Zach was so amazing! Best in Customer Service EVER!

The studio room (324) was clean, spacious and laid out great for our family thanksgiving trip from the east coast (MD). Zach who checked us in was personable, professional and didnt hesitate to ensure our stay was superior. He was so amazing. I recommended the hotel to my Aunt and Cousin (rooms 101 and 102), and they switched from the Microtel to Residence Inn thanks to Zach!

Pleasant

It was very clean and staff was amazing!!!! we checked in quick and she even gave us breakfast for an early departure. 10/05

We flushed the toilet and it ran for at-least 10 minutes every time. That was with doing my own maintenance. The fridge was also so so loud. it ran all night long. i think it’s time for some upgrades

Amazingly Awful

So upset. I ended up having emergency abdominal surgery and requested to change dates. The hotel wouldn’t talk to us and kept referring us to booking.com. Booking.com only has options to send requests to the hotel or tells you to contact the hotel directly. So it was a loop…hotel telling us to contact the booking website, the booking website telling us to contact the hotel. So we were never able to change the reservation yet I was still charged. Terrible customer service.

Room 223 was very roomy and had good amenities.

It was good but not great. I like the fact that there's free coffee and breakfast. I like the amount of channels available to watch on the TV.

I wish there was toast or potatoes to go with the protein. I felt like the air conditioning was blowing directly on me as I slept which isn't the most comfortable. The one-touch buttons on my phone did not work so I could nor call the front desk.

Breakfast was o.k. but after the 5th day it got "old", the same things every day...

When we checked in on Friday, we asked if it would be possible for our daughter, husband and family be close by...didn't have to be right next door, but at least on the same floor..and the people at the front desk said they would accomodate us....Well our room was 323 and theirs was 202. on the very other side of the building...that is not very helpful at all!!!

You could tell that there needed to be upgrades to the property. I do love to stay at Marriott properties as they are a

very close by to relatives, easy to access very good breakfast options. well maintained.

First room-air conditioner did not work. Staff placed us in another room. Second room, the refrigerator leaked water from ice maker. You could tell that the place was in need of upgrades.

Wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast. Rooms were small, but clean.

Booked a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom to travel for a birthday with young 6 children. Upon arriving. We were informed the 2 bedroom was unavailable and would give us 3 one bedrooms instead. I expressed that this would have been good information to know ahead of time because we could have had time to book elsewhere. The gentleman at the front said "we'll just go ahead and cancel you." When I replied we were already here, he said "there are other places around, go find one." Had I not been so exhausted, I would have. We ultimately just stayed in 2 separate rooms and the kids crammed in together. One of the rooms was with a broken A/C. It really made for a very uncomfortable and unrested and very long weekend. The GM was great and absolutely diffused the situation, but I'm shocked the kid still has a job. I doubt he will for long.
