I booked 12 rooms for family and was told that the pool was open from 10am-10pm at check in so everyone was so excited to swim, but soon after check in they closed to pool down and gave my family numerous excuses as to why we couldn’t use the pool, and it mysteriously re-opened the morning that we were scheduled to check out. We traveled 750 miles to attend a funeral and I was told in advance by staff that each family member could pay for their room separately with cash or card. I specifically asked 3 times if there would be any additional fees are deposits for those that would be paying with cash and I was told no extra fees would be charged. Once we arrived I was told that any person that paid with cash would have to pay a $100 deposit after I was told numerous times there would be no extra fees. So checking in took over 2 hours and my family had to wait in the hot parking lot until we finally came to a resolve and the manager finally agreed to honor what was told to me. By far the rooms were decent, but for my family to travel so far and to be treated this way was a horrible experience.

Stayed less then a half hour and would never go back..

The refund I got because we didn’t stay.

The cops pulling in as we where checking in, the argument the staff was having with guest and how dirty the hotel was in general and the non smoking room stuck of fresh cigarettes..

A Tragedy.

I checked in and out within 15 minutes. This hotel is dirty, mold on the ceiling, stinks and humid

I didn’t stay more then 15 minutes It is a disgrace to the Wyndham company. I had to drive 2 hours home due to this location being disgusting

Upon checking out, We had to threaten the front desk that we'd call the police since they didn't want to give us back our $100 cash security deposit. They demanded $100 deposit upon check-in. They claimed there was a stain on the bed. My husband and staff went back into the room and we didn't see it. After planning to call the police, they gave us our money. They asked for our deposit slip-but no one gave me one upon check in. Shady stuff here!!!! Also "breakfast included" but it's only 1 muffin and coffee. That's not what we consider a hotel breakfast. A hotel building door to left of main door has a key-fab green lit machine, but door is completely unlocked and open to the public. Toilet had a hard time flushing, maintenance fixed it. Cable to TV was loose, maintenance fixed it. Both after front desk gave me a "look" like I did something wrong. In comparison, The night BEFORE we stayed in a Clarion for $3.00 less (!) On our trip and there EVERYTHING WORKED, Breakfast was deluxe and hot, and they didn't require any deposit. Staff gave us a discount on rate AND an upgrade to a suite at Clarion. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our stay at this Days Inn. Go elsewhere.

King size bed, close to the venue, down stairs

When we left the hotel after our stay there was a older guy in the hallway and he said he was house keeping and we could leave the door open. Then he asked if we could give him a tip I said what? He says you know money....I told him the card to the room was on the TV stand and we left

Don't go there ever.

Close to family

Well starters I got there at 2 said I couldn't check in till 4 but said checking was at 3 . The walls had spills on it never cleaned smelled. The room smelled like the people working there. They were cleaning rooms up till 2:30 in morning and talking loudly. No trash can in room . The room was never cleaned whole time of my stay tried to get money back for the next 2 days and get different hotel would not allow so I had to deal with it . There wasn't even hand soap provided to wash my hand .I would not recommend this place nor would I got back I would rather sleep in my car in the dead of winter then walking that dirty smelly motel. I got home and wash that stink and washed everything after that stay. Simply gross.

I’d stay again! It was cool, not the best but definitely not the worse.

Location, quietness, the new mattresses, NO BUGS!!

Needs to be more clean. Upon walking in the lobby you can see crude and debris along the base lines of walls, counter, hallway, steps,etc….my room floor needed swept there was a debris and toe nails on the floor and prior to me cleaning the bathroom room the shower was not cleaned and a used soap bar was still in the tub and the floor needed swept, hair was in there….The ice machine area is trifling I wouldn’t dare use it or step inside the area. Overall, the cleaning staff needs to clean better to give this place at least 4-5 stars because that’s my only complaint.

Not a good night

Room was not clean, hair on the pillows, stained sheets, dirty coffee maker, no coffee maker supplies, food left in fridge. Bathroom not stocked, tub dirty, hair dryer did not work. Air conditioning did not work well, asthma kicked in.

How rude the guy was at the front desk and how he lied and told me and the lady on the phone that called from booking.com that he couldn't find my reservation he had me sit in the lobby for 3 hours before he placed me in a dirty room he also had me sign a receipt with someone else name on it my reciept said room 234 but he gave me a key to room 240 I was told I had to leave at 11i only got a few hours of sleep I also received a email telling me that the hotel cancelled my reservation it's bad at that hotel addicts everywhere
