My husband and I had a relaxing stay to reconnect.

Loved the weight room, the pool, the room itself was nice.

Wish there was a hot tub or bath tub. I know most hotels updated to showers only but I would've loved a hot tub option.

Overall good hotel with some age

Clean pool, good friendly staff, no bugs, close parking.

Window in room was broken slightly open, door to bathroom was awkward to shut, and WIFI was split into two tiers (free and pay).

VERY TIRED!

Johnna on reception was outstanding. Professional, courteous with a Can do approach.

This hotel has significantly declined over the past 6 months. Housekeeping was minimal and inconsistent eg zero dusting in. Y room. Maintenance was lacking and incompetent. The in-room fridges have a design fault which results in everything inside it freezing in under 20 hrs. The bedlinen and towels are past tired. Not what I expect from a Marriot!

I booked through booking.com - in a big hurry (death in the family ). . . I didn't realize the price of the room increased dramatically each night. I was not happy about that, but I looked at the original contract and that is what I signed up for :( .

I like how clean the bathroom was. The cleanliness of the room. I also like the variety of snacks in the snack room and the bar.

I can't complain about anything. Maybe just the parking spots were hard to find in the front, but it was a busy weekend.

Disappointing

The location

The room was next to some mechanical whatever that was EXTREMELY loud at all times of day and night. It was extremely difficult to fall asleep. It was a loud roaring sound that wouldn’t stop. And I don’t believe they didn’t know about it. The sink was a very slow drain which is nasty. I don’t think it was worth the money and underscores why I usually book an Airbnb.

Ehhh just ehhh

We noticed the hot tub in the pool area had been filled in with concrete. We’re kinda Disappointed it would have added value to our stay. Also I would recommend before booking that you share what’s going on in the area there was some sort of high school volley ball tournament and we were not able to enjoy the pool to many kids screaming and the pool felt very cramped since it was already small as it was. Also not happy paying 18 dollars per person for a very sub par breakfast not much to choose from and the service was horrible and food was cold.

Be thrilled to stay again at this establishment. Great value for the money! Super staff!

We were in Omaha to watch grandson play hockey on Sunday. However, came on Saturday to do a little shopping. The location was perfect.

It's a bit hard to find. More signage on the Regency Parkway would be helpful.

Great hotel - bar and restaurant a must!

Comfortable, quiet hotel. Very clean. Stellar staff! Even with construction, they did the best they could to accommodate guests. Restaurant had been relocated to a meeting room but wow! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. I understand the waiter also made the drinks and he was a genius at the bar!

Could have had better lighting in the bathroom.

Great, friendly service. Clean, comfortable rooms.

The breakfast set up was easy to find, easy to serve. Tables were comfortable and spaced to allow privacy. The food was great. Overall our breakfast dining experience was excellent. Thank you. Would stay there again.

The location was a bit difficult for those not familiar with Omaha. Isn't much that can be done about that. That's about all I can say about "things I didn't like." Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

Our stay was not great. The hotel was extremely hot, in the hallways, elevators, etc. Our AC was not working correctly in our room and we were very hot both nights, making for restless nights. We tried to swap rooms but the front desk told us to “turn the AC all the way up until you hear a clicking noise, then turn it back down.” Why didn’t they do that before we checked in? Also, that only fixed it temporarily. I know it’s extremely hot outside now, but I still wanted to let you know. I expected more from a Marriott. :(

Location was nice

Elevator got stuck at night a person was trapped screaming . Walls thin could hear everything conversations across and almost fell out of shower cause water was seeping from glass door .
