Our room was filthy the bathtub had hair and just filthy was not cleaned or it was stained. The floors in the room were dirty the light sockets had no cover on them. They were fights outside of the hotel room. Very loud.

Less noise from other renters, better service on the TV and also no shampoo. The smell from coming out of elevator.

Staff was very friendly. Location was good.

Cockroach in room. Smoke alarm was removed. Fire alarm covered with plastic. Toilet tank lid obviously replaced with one of a different size. Light in room did not work. Checked in at 5:30 and still had to wait for room to be cleaned.

Everything ! It was so dirty ! Floors were extremely dirty! The smell of cigarettes was insane! The pillows were dirty. Never staying here again !

Loved how close to the Ocean it is, and surrounded by stores. As well as close to the freeway. Loved the fact the parking lot is huge.

I did not like the fact, one of the matresses was soooo uncomfortable, i could feel the prings coming out. Also the bathroom was dirty when we got the room. The shower was worse, then the ceiling fan did not work, overall it was a good hotel, loved the location but disliked the bathroom.
