I loved the location and the view and the restaurants and staff. Disappointing internet/gym.

Restaurants and staff were great. Lovely location. Gym was not properly equipped. 5-lb weights missing and only 1 8-lb. weight. Not ok! Also was charged a "resort fee" for high-speed internet. What a joke!!! Netflix wouldn't even work the internet connection was sooooo slow. Just kept looking at the spinning icon while it was buffering. Trying to work was challenging at best. When you are promised high-speed internet? You should deliver!! Not acceptable. If you can't provide it? Then you should waive the resort fee. On the night I arrived (I got in late) parking garage next to the hotel was full and only parking available was a LOOOONG walk from the hotel in the dark (I'm single - not wild about walking that far alone in the dark!). I had to pay $30 for valet that night.

Internet speed and having Netflix actually work on the TV in my room! Also need a FULL set of weights in the gym. Most women use 5-8 lb. weights to workout.

Do not stay here !!

It was awful. The pool was under construction and no WiFi. I was told I was getting a refund since I did not even stay and the manager never refunded even though they said I would. DO NOT GO HERE!

The pool and staff at the pool made it worthwhile

Location and food was very good

When we checked in we asked for bedding for the sofa bed never received it called 5 separate times never received it. Called again and was told housekeeping was gone for the night and my husband had to scream and finally we received it Room was freezing and no matter how high we adjusted the temp it never adjusted finally we had to shut it off

Schönes Hauptgebäude und Poolanlage. Direkt am Meer

Völlig überteuert, wenn man in Nebengebäude untergebracht ist!!! Zimmer werden nur gereinigt, wenn man dies ausdrücklich an der Rezeption anmeldet, was wir dann auch gemacht haben, trotzdem kam einfach niemand! Somit hatten wir 3 keine sauberen Zimmer

At the price point of the hotel we expected our stay to be flawless, unfortunately it was a total disappointment.

The pool.

Everything else. Husband fell in slippery shower, carpet in hall wall filthy, outdoor seating area chairs dirty. Room and building smelled. Toilet over flowed.

Schneller Check-In. Nur einige Autominuten vom Clearwater Beach entfernt. Gute Dusche mit warmem Wasser. Schöne Sicht auf das Wasser.

Zimmer aufgebaut wie in einem Motel, man kommt rein, die Eingangstür verglast und nur mit einem Rolladen ein kleiner Sichtschutz möglich. Badezimmer sehr klein, kaum Platz zum Drehen.

One of the very few hotels in the area that is fully recovered from last year’s storm

Very close to Sanibel, pool area is huge and a nice bar. Has a wooden walkway to the gym and tennis area across pond

A hotel with a fantastic view ,friendly and helpful staff worth a visit.

Our room was on the third floor overlooking the swimming pool bridge and waterway, the view was exceptional. The room although clean and large enough for a two day stay was tired and dated, However in view of the events the previous year was acceptable. Pulling the car up at the front door we were greeted by valets and porters who went out of their way with advice and assistance. The were friendly and welcoming which set the tone for the reception staff on checking in. Even the manager was helpful with good advice and help when asked. Checking out was the same as our arrival painless and friendly.

On the negative side apart from the Cabana bar which provided good service from the limited menu the rest of the dining experience was poor with the same/similar menu in each of the dining areas. These lacked flair and imagination. The main restaurant being more like a canteen. In view of this we ate out for breakfast and one dinner.

Beautiful scenery

That I paid full price for a spa hotel and when I checked in I found out the spa was under renovation. Also I ordered dinner from restaurant in hotel. Filet mignon with asparagus and fingerling potatoes. The steak had no seasoning in it at all. Like they just threw it in the oven and cooked it. The fingerling potatoes. We're dried out and roasted without any seasoning either. Ice machine on my floor was broken. I called in the morning for water and coffee for my room and 3 hours later I still didn't have coffee. I get that they may be short staffed. But they shouldn't be charging the full Spa hotel price. It is a beautiful hotel and the views were magnificent

It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning views and cozy bed! Everything was very clean and the staff was very kind. They had some technical difficulties with A/C & water but they accommodated us well with a room where everything was functioning properly

The day we arrived they had a power outage and our room wasn’t ready. Three hours later they transferred us to another room in a different tower where we needed to shuttle to get back and forth from the main resort.
