Perfekt für 2-3 Nächte. Service und Gastfreundschaft: 5*

Toller Service, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine 3-Zimmersuite mit zwei Doppelbetten erhalten, da die Schlafcouch im ursprünglichen Zimmer zu schmal für zwei Teenager war. Alle Mitarbeitendern waren super freundlich.

The location

The room wasn’t clean, the AC wasn’t working. There was dog poop by the hall of the rooms.

The staff was very friendly

The stove didn't work, so I lost out on the food I purchased, the refrigerator leaked water and it was turned up really high where it froze the items inside, and the bathroom door handle was broken.

Nope! Definitely not the place to stay!

The staff was very friendly. They really did try to make things better. The hotel was the issue, nothing they could do could do to make the stay better. They honestly should all receive a raise.

When we arrived, they had the wrong dates in the system. The outside was very dark and creepy. The place was dirty with trash and dirty floors. When we got up to the room the carpet had stains, the floor in the kitchenette was sticky and disgusting. There were hairs stuck on the wall in the bathroom and the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. As we were trying to fall asleep there were bugs crawling on the ceiling. They tried to change rooms for us the next day but it smelled horrible in the room of Marijuana. We checked out first thing in the morning. This hotel needs to be renovated ASAP, the carpets and walls made it look like a scene from The Shining!

Could use a refresh and wider entry way found the bed harder than our liking but some might like a more firm bed than us our oven door was broken it wouldn't close

Really not worth booking again, unless and until the hotel is cleaned and refurbished.

Staff was very nice and apologetic for the deficiencies.

Old and not really clean. Run down; in need of refurbishment. No heat was working in two similar rooms

housekeeping on cleans your room every 3 days, sink in kitchen kept clogging up! I called to let them know I would be arriving late and asked if I could pay for my stay over phone female took my husband’s credit card information over rhe phone and told me I was set. When we arrive to the hotel the manager informed me that my room was not paid for. So now we had to cancel our card due to his information might be compromised

The price of the room’s we’re ridiculous High over five hundred dollars for two nights. I thought that was two much I stayed there five times within 7 months and I never paid so much

Very good

Loved the kitchen, the room was very spacious. The bathroom was lovely. I wish I was able to get a king bed instead of the queen but all in all the room was nice.

The smell of weed in my room the entire trip.
