Clean, friendly staff, coffee and tea available all the time in the lobby. Good breakfast, generous, offer guests to make granola to take - very sweet. Good location with a nice hiking trail right behind. Nice walk to the center of town.

Our second stay was not as nice. We got a smaller room with a tiny TV. Front desk didn’t inform us that housekeeping is every other day.

Room did NOT get cleaned. Stayed 3 consecutive nights.

Enjoyed my stay, customer service was excellent.

The breakfast was ok, the bacon had no taste.it would be nice to also have French toast or pancakes.

The shower curtain needs to be longer, because it barely comes over the tub, and you have to make sure the water doesn’t get the floor wet.

The location was great

I have a service dog. She is registered. I requested to be on the first floor due to having her with me. Not a word was said even when I checked out that you get charged 100.00 extra for a animal. So I called stated she was a service dog. They then stated the type of service dog she is they don't recognize. I have no clue I was going to have to pay almost 300.00 for less than 12 hrs this is absolutely ridiculous! I have stayed at this property before with her and no extra charges.

I’ve stayed and travels to many hotels, this one by far is at the bottom of my list. if I ever had to travel to the loca

when you walk in it’s beautiful, the lobby is very open and inviting. the hot tub was enjoyable- to an extent.

hot water was not working properly, hairs in bed looked as if someone took sheets from a previous stay and re-put them on the bed. awful mildew smell from the heater in the room. the size of the room was quite small and the carpet was dirty with crumbs. the hot tub was a nice touch to the property except the first night it looked to be a frat party down by the pool people jumping from the hot tub into the pool, alcoholic beverages sloshing around into the water, no sense of upkeep nor respect from any of the staff.

A Great Part of Our Honeymoon Experience

We loved everything! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, nice big screens to watch movies, beautiful places to walk, kind, caring staff, great house keeping! It was clean everywhere, etc.

It was much too warm in the dining room.

This Place 100% Rocks!!! 🤟❤️🤟

We were there with one of the bands for rock the Mt. When I say your place was the cleanest nicest hotel, i truly mean that. I even told the lady at the front desk how amazing it was so beautiful and clean with the absolute friendliest staff!! Your staff hosted some very amazing (even famous) musicians and even with a full house both nights you ALL provided so many of us with a great stay in Cumberland MD. We hope to return next year for this event. Top Notch All The Way Around!! Thanks so much!!

Won't be back

The pool, the market, the size of the room and layout of room, and the shower.

Ran out of food for breakfast, only had 2 options for breakfast, the room wasn't clean. Only thing clean was the bed sheets and they vacuumed the floor.
