our keys didnt work, 3 tries. They had to call someone. Coffee was cold. *Creamer was a solid lump, outdated obviously. Breakfast room was tiny for such a big place.

There were very loud people above me that were jumping around tell about 1 in the morning and then again at 6 am.. did get to rest very well…

Location was great, close to amenities.

Really need to overhaul rooms, get new beds!

The staff was friendly

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast was HOT and tasty and something different each morning.They are dog friendly and gave us a doggy bag for my service dog with treats upon arrival. They have a large puppy potty and exercise area. They accommodated my request for a room on the main level. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Loved the fall decorations. OH, the housekeeping staff left a little handwritten note in the room. Thought that was a really sweet personal touch!

Our key cards didn’t work after the first day, we were trying to get in the side door with our take out food & service dog in the rain. I had to run around the building through the lobby and let my husband and dog in and have the key cards reactivated. Not a big deal. I was just hungry, cold and annoyed at the time.

First it was like sleeping on a piece of wood hardest bed ever The people above us either had kids or dogs cause non stop jumping on and off the bed very thin floors could hear walking running was not an enjoyable stay woke up not refreshed

Breakfast was fine for our needs. Just something quick before getting back on the road.

Everything was fine, it was just an overnight stay. Place was clean and very quiet.

Breakfast was very good. There was a good variety of food. Dining area was clean.

My only concern was that the hand sanitizer by the elevator was empty for the two days we were there.

Although everything was modern and mostly like new - it was very minmilist. The chair had stains, Paint had been applied without precision. No hot tub. Door said top rate was $250 and we paid $295 for two of the nights.
