Boring because the pool wasn’t available

The pool was freezing cold. My daughter couldn’t even swim in it.

早餐提供了热的燕麦粥，咖啡的口感也不错。酒店整体的硬件设施比较好，就是年头久了稍微有点旧。洗浴的水很热，水流很大。另外室内的电暖器很好用，开了一会儿整个屋里都很暖和了。酒店很安静，隔音也不错，睡觉很舒服。周围不远有个小超市，日常用品应有尽有。

早餐没提供切片面包，以后最好能改进。

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast.

The elevator was sketchy it clunked when starting and slammed when stopping at our floor. Was a little pricey for what you got.

Location , cleanliness, quiet, staff was nice polite and helpful .

They didn’t have no bacon for breakfast. Sausage were good 😊

Oasis in weather emergency

Stayed her last minute due to area power outage; made reservation on line. Hotel is less than 1/2 hour from home, but it had heat and we were happy! The ladies at the front desk were amazing, considering the crazieness of the moment. I was concerned at first about the huge number of kids there to use the pool, but am happy to say our room was pretty quiet. King room was tiny and sparse, but had what we needed. No frills, that's for sure!

Lots of people wandering the parking lot at night with no apparent security. Prime area for crime, lots of hotels all grouped together with no oversight. I wouldn't even think of this except we just had a mass shooting at MSU, an hour away Hotel is not well marked and hard to find if you aren't from the area. Signage is poor. Once you get to the area, there are many hotels grouped together sharing parking lots.

noise, housekeeping & location.

front desk staff when i checked out

location signage needs to be more visible. had to meander through an apartment complex. no address or street sign where one must turn and sign was small and not lit (i noticed next morning as i passed by it). should be much larger. very difficult to navigate and its on the back side of what looks like an industrial park.

It was fine. Just wish housekeeping did a better job.

It was okay. warm food. The sausage was gray.

My bathroom was not clean. There was hair all over the floor. There was some sort of dried bodily fluid on the wall across from the toilet.

Very very very clean everywhere, large room size, and an excellent breakfast. SUPER nice staff too — everyone I met was great!

I was extremely uncomfortable with the room conditions considering the importance on cleanliness in an endemic environme

Located near several nice restaurants, shopping and venues.

The cleanliness was abhorrent. There was what appeared to be fecal matter on the toilet upon arrival, visible dust and spider webs on the lamp. I am requesting an apology and compensation from booking.com and/or the property.
