The staff was friendly but room needs to be remodeled. Too antiquated for the price paid.

Breakfast seemed a little over cooked, didn't look appealing.

The rooms were old and need to be updated and remodeled. Cracks in the ceiling and old worn-out carpeting. Windows need to be redone. Needs to be remolded.

Not up to Marriott Service Standards

Not much - see below

Breakfast service was extremely slow. We received NO housekeeping for the length of our stay. Even after letting the front desk know when we didn’t receive our service on the first day and asking for service on Day 2 prior to 3:00 p.m. (we were out of the room at 6:30 a.m.) we still did not get our room cleaned. Incredibly disappointing.

air conditioner did not work. charged for parking even though we did not drive. no breakfast in the mornings, restaurant is extremely overpriced for the quality

Not Impressed.

The bathroom is very tight and the toilet should have been replaced with the remodel. The toilet sounded like a 747 landing on the building. Not much happening in this hotel. It was nice but for the price i paid there should have been more offered. This place is nothing more than a holiday inn express.

lovely stay in Greensboro

I really like the location of the property. in the centre of Greensboro. the parklot adjacent to the hotel is great. the beds were super comfy. the lobby/bar area downstairs is great and nice to hang out in
