Disappointing but at least not far from the location surgery took place.

Location was good. I liked the front staff.

Breakfast was awful. My dinner the night before was awful. You can't cook in a toaster oven and expect much. This was high priced for budget frozen stuff. VERY disappointed. It wasn't worth the extra money at all! The "Bistro" was ridiculous and nasty. It should not even be called any type of a place that cooks. Just make the frozen food available to warm up in a toaster oven or microwave would have been better. I could hear the music from next door in my room.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful

There are no microwaves in the rooms so if you wanted to heat something up you had to go to the lobby, there isn't hairdryers in the rooms, and the pool was freezing cold so my 3 year old daughter was super upset that she couldn't go swimming, I mean the water was so cold her lips were turning purple after just 10 minutes

The room was nice. Apps on TV was a bonus. They offer Starbucks in the lounge.

The prices were expensive. There's no housekeeping unless you ask. Food is expensive and pre cooked

There was one gal doing everything and she was still extremely friendly.

No breakfast, again one person in the morning having to do the front desk and the bar area. She did a good job but a lot of work for one person and extra waiting time for the patrons

Decent hotel in a good area

The location was quiet, felt safe, and very convenient for our trip needs. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

It was a little overpriced for the accommodations. The room was very muggy, the AC didn’t seem to cool sufficiently. The ice machine was broken on our floor. Breakfast is a la cart and very pricey as well.

The Front desk girl the night I checked in was nice! My name was on the TV.

Very understaffed. Front desk lady was the cook, bartender, and housekeeper. Our bathroom was dirty on arrival with dried up urine on the toilet. We asked for sheets and extra pillows and they never came. The bed was hard as bricks and the pillows were to soft.

Check out lady was nice

A lady was able to access our room by key around 10 at night while we were sleeping. We think it was housekeeping probably. She came in and my husband hollered and she left. Very scary and did not feel safe after that. The girl at the desk said she was going to tell the manager. We have not heard anything from anyone on this incident

The customer service at the front desk was good but that was about it.

Our bed had 6 sheets and no comforter. We weren’t told that we had to request house keeping to clean our room. Our shower didn’t drain. The bed wasn’t comfortable. When we checked in they said that breakfast was from 7am-10am, we went downstairs at 8am and no breakfast was available. We won’t ever be staying there again.
