Very bad

I didn't eat the breakfast

The receptionist was rude. They need to updated their online website with the third-party companies because the rooms didn't look anything like the pictures. I was also charged a deposit that wasn't stated on the website. The sink kept getting stopped up. The water in the shower wouldn't get hot. The ac doesn't work. For the price it should be newer. The bed was super hard. The couch was hard. We drove 6 hours we arrived new year eve and was tired and over driving just to get a rude person at check in. With all these new prices and papers to sign, about not having a party etc but had loud music playing in the lobby and the receptionist kept acting like she couldn't hear me.We was just to tired to go look for something else at that time of the night. So we stuck it out. But never again.

The sheets & comforter ruined my perspective but everything else minus the mold & wifi was good

The room is a nice size as well as the kitchen which had most of what you could ask for from a basic stand point which was great.

The sheets and comforter had MULTIPLE stains as well as the pillows. I recommend using bleach in the cycle because it was not okay as well as hair in the sheets. The wifi connection would not connect or it would only stay connected for about 5 mins. Also a bit of mold on ceiling in bathroom due to NO VENT being in there.

amazing I felt right at home. Keep up the good work guys because this hotel deserves an award.

they are always accommodating to my needs not to mention the staff is extremely professional. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is perfect for a family with kids and they even welcome pets. They are never one place I stay at when I come to Jacksonville ridgeland area I’ve stated a couple other hotels in that area and they by far do not match up to the Hyatt and there’s this one in particular front desk. Lady, her name is ccars like that elegant restaurant I’m guessing is elegant. I’ve never been, but if it’s anything like this woman I would say elegant she has a very positive attitude she goes out of her way to help you and always see a smile on her face. Whoever is in charge of this hotel is doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work and kudos to you guys. What . an amazing team and then also not to leave the maids out. They do an amazing job on cleaning the room again this hotel is very inviting pet friendly and definitely a hotel for someone who has kids if your traveling to Jackson I need a place to rest and you want to feel like you’re at home go to the Hyatt in Ridgeland . And then you’ll understand why my review is so long. Thanks guys always a pleasure.

the room was great & front desk was very welcoming that was well appreciated after a 7hour drive i don’t remember her name but she was from New Orleans she had great customer service

Would definitely stay again, but housekeeping needs to do their job

everything at the facility was very good and accommodating.

my shower curtain was gross. On the inside of the curtain were numerous hairs from previous occupants. Very gross.
