I would stay there again.

I liked the location because it was close to the Mall of America.

The shuttle was supposed to run at the bottom of the hour but sometimes didn't run until the 40th minute of the hour.

The rooms were clean, it felt safe and breakfast was great.

The breakfast at Jake’s was a wonderful addition to our stay.

Breakfast was amazing, however, it was clear that the resteraunt was understaffed. The chef was great and the waitress was fantastic however she was running all over the place to get things placed on tables and ready for the next guest. Other guests as well as ourselves had to wait a long time to be seated due to being under staffed. This wait time could be avoided if an additional staff was assigned to the breakfast area.

The hotel is old and needs to be updated. The pillows were hard and thin. The in-room coffee service involved powdered creamer and a frustrating coffee maker. Not what you anticipate when you stay at a Marriott...

Great staff, nice pool, nice rooms.

The front desk staff person was extremely helpful. Our reservation didn't come through from booking.com and he was able to help me get in touch with the customer service at booking, took the call from the booking.com person, and handled what was clearly a rude and belligerant person through booking.com with professionalism and persistence. He was able to get the issue resolved and was very accomodating to our large family of 5 waiting around in the lobby for over an hour!

The lobby was great as was the bedroom for the most part. But the tub area needs updating.

The people at the front desk were wonderful. They addressed needs quickly and we’re very pleasant.

The light by my bed was out, as was the plug. The bathtub was worn at the bottom and felt like grains of sand. Although the tub did have one bar to grab onto it wasn’t accessible as you take a shower.

Reasonably priced, close to MOA

easy check in, staff seemed friendly enough

cost of breakfast 18$ per person is crazy. How about just offering something lite for your quest, coffee and a roll of some sort? With the cost of inflation it just might help getting people in. I always look for a hotel with breakfast included just saying

Very good

I traveled with my family and I felt that the breakfast was very over priced. I feel like for an all you can eat buffet, kids should have a lower price. I will not pay $15 for a 4, 7 and 9 year and therefore opted to make food in the room. If the price was lower I absolutely would have gotten breakfast.

Cost of breakfast. The pool was great but had ALOT of chlorine.

We were stuck in Msp and had to spend the night. So glad we did we had some dinner showered got a good short but restful

was very clean. Great location if you’re stuck at Msp.

I didn’t like the toilet it was to low my husband is 6’0 feet and he can’t sit on it it was to low to the ground

I paid for breakfast for my family. My daughter wasn't paid for because she was 19. I didn't see anything that said it's 2 adult 2 children plan.
