Way too expensive for the property location and lack of amenities.

Location

Property construction, very noisy. Doors open on side entrance to accommodate the workers but also rat traps visible and non guest accessible. No hot water for most of Saturday morning. Ask for clean towels and was told “when they locate housekeeping they will relay message”. No housekeeping came to clean room or even ask if we wanted them to. Bar wasn’t really a bar only wine and beer. We did eat a few items off the evening menu which were very good, Marguerite pizza and wings.

Nice location but a bit overpriced with renovation. Seemed to be lacking some quality food and after dinner drinks

Renovations restricted use of pool and spa. Also some construction noise when in the facility’s

Rooms are Outdated and ready for a remodel. Also the room rate is equal to west. Los Angeles

Overpriced at $400 with outdated bathrooms and facilities.6

The rooms and bathrooms are in need of a remodel.

my phone didn’t work and the deadbolt didn’t work so they moved me to a different room , took a shower at 9 am to have only cold water . Extremely under staffed . It was not very clean .

Outside of the shower, overall, it was solid. Marriott always comes thru.

It was near downtown paso.

The shower pressure and temperature could be better.

management would not refund room rate enough though room was cancelled more than 24hrs in advance.

management lied and was rude.

Nice big room with sofa.

Complicated heating system. Finally turned the heat completely off and found a separate air conditioner.

great experience will be recommending this place

service was great. we stayed one night 12/19 and there was only one worker working the bar. poor thing was running non stop but was still so friendly and happy to serve. did not get her name but she was awesome!

I shouldn’t even bring it up but I would say the bed, could have been softer and I didn’t get the square pillows instead of rectangular, but minor detail. again nothing to complain about.

the AC in the room was very loud it vibrated and felt like you were on an airplane. then on top of that you heard something like water runnning through the wall constantly very loud as well. no sleep for 2 days

This hotel is a solid choice to enjoy a spacious room within easy driving distance to downtown Paso!

Good location with easy access to downtown Paso Robles. The pool is a decent size and well maintained. There was a complementary breakfast one morning and the staff overall was very friendly.

The cleaning staff clearly rushed through our room during the scheduled maintenance. A blanket was left unfolded on the bed and the bathroom sink wasn't completely wiped down. There was no fridge or safe in the room, though to be fair we did not try asking the front desk for one.

Pricey Hotel, but since it was Fair time, it was expected.

Nice spacious room, very clean and comfy. Was able to get breakfast and coffee in the morning.

There was no shuttle to the Fair, we had to drive to the Albertsons. Their snack bar was very depleted and i couldn't find a vending machine. Didn't have time for the pool. Bar in lobby closed at 10:00. Thank goodness we got Taco Bell before we came back after the concert. They were low on water also.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed how clean and modern the hotel.was. The staff was amazing. The Starbucks bariista was the best! The pool was refreshing and clean Loved our stay would definitely book again..However upon checkout there was a price descrepency. Marriott charged more upon check out than was quoted through Booking. That was unexpected.

Very good

I was frustrated that it took over an hour to check in due to the poor communication between the property and Booking.com. but the person at the property desk was patient and helpful. this is the second time there has been a problem with Booking.com and Marriott.
