I found small roaches in the room. The toilet kept making noise throughout the entire stay, as the tank would not fill up

We enjoyed the bar and the bed was comfortable

The hotel felt humid and sticky, A/C blew cool but we still felt sticky all night and there was mold all over the ceiling in the lobby.

For $200 a night I thought it could have been a little better.

Staff was nice, minor issue with checking in. I booked with third party and tracking ID wasn't on file with the hotel. The staff was able to find the problem and fixed it.

There was mold growing on the wall in the shower. One corner of the bed was held up with a piece of 2X4. I travel a lot and have never seen anything like that before. Other than that the room was clean.

Would stay there again!

Location was good. Easy access to downtown Charleston. Tourist information centre a few blocks away at the Fire Museum was excellent! You can book most of your tours from that location. Buffet breakfast was very good, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. Plenty of "free" parking.

Coffee maker in the room was located on a stand that made it difficult to add the water without pulling the tray partially off the shelf.

Great trip away from home. convenient to everything!

I liked the convenience of the property to the coliseum and outlet stores.

We had a couple of things happen, which didn’t affect us too much, it was just really confusing to us. we received a call from the property while on a tour in Charleston on Saturday. When I returned the call, no one knew why I was called and said there wasn’t an issue. When we got to our room that evening, our card key didn’t work and we had to get another card. Later that evening I went to the car and forgot the room key. I requested another key and was told I was not in room 533 anymore, that I had been transferred to room 424. I told them we had never been moved and I had just left the room, and my husband was asleep and not answering the door or phone. They then gave me another key to our room. Whenever we checked out on Sunday, they asked if there was a reason we were checking out a day early. I advised we only booked 2 nights, and they said it’s ok I would only be charged for the time stayed. When I returned to my car, I re checked the reservation and it did say Jan 27 to Jan 29, and that is what the lady had advised at check in. Just a lot of confusion. we did enjoy our stay and complimentary breakfast.
