A place to stay!

He room and bed was very comfortable we also enjoyed the hot tub.

The sofa bed not so much…. Mattress not very soft.

Wonderful place to stay

Our stay was wonderful. The room was so spacious, the kitchen literally had everything we needed. Great location and beautiful scenery. We took a walk through amenities and were surprised there were so many of them. We loved that there were so many activities for families.

Happy with my vacation, but would not recommend this hotel for the price to anyone.

I liked the pool area and the location

We paid 425.00 per night for a one bed room. our son slept on a pull out couch. the room was very outdated, bathroom had mold inside plastic knob and white build up all over. I believe the room was cleaned but it’s just worn. the outside pond look mostly drained and like a mud pool. The thermostat did not work properly and two nights in a row, it sounded like a stampede above our room. I’m assuming a family with a toddler running around and improper flooring/ insulation. For this price, my expectation was higher. I’ve stayed at 100.00 hotels with free breakfast and nicer rooms, but I understand I am also paying for city/ location. they should up their game for this location though.

Excellent location but very outdated room and furniture

This place needs a complete remodel. The room smelt musty, the bed and pillows were awful. The couch was so old and grungy that I could not get myself to sit on.

Great potential, but do not expect luxury

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and although a bit older still was spacious enough for at least 3 or 4 people. I liked the pool and hot tub, the grounds were pretty.

The only thing that bothered me was the mattress. It was way too firm and the pillows were way too soft.

Great place to stay!!

The location is perfect. We ate at the Spoke & Wheel restaurant at the hotel. The restaurant was very nice and the food was fantastic! Service was great as well! The staff was very friendly (restaurant and hotel). The room was very spacious and clean.

Our first room key didn't work so I had to walk back to the main building to get new keys made. In all honesty, I was expecting them to send someone to the room with new keys to keep me from having to walk. But despite that, the second set of keys worked and we had no further issues with the door. There is a rattling sound coming from the vanity area which is attached to the bedroom which did keep waking us up. It seemed to be connected to the A/C. Perhaps it should be looked at and fixed. Just annoying. (Rm 233).

Nice stay accept for giving someone else the key to the same apartment.

Great accommodation, clean and nice location. Enough supplies in the kitchen. Complimentary laundry facilities. Great private outside sitting area. Nice restaurant at the same spot.

They gave someone else the key of my apartment. That was scary while traveling alone and already being in bed and then someone trying to enter the apartment. It didn't felt safe! That was a huge mistake!

I won’t be staying there ever again. There are many new and beautiful resorts to stay at in Sedona so I’ll be choosing

the grounds were kept up beautifully

being questioned by security walking around the amenities on the premises if I actually was staying there. no hot water to take a shower and no ETA when hot water would be Available. found dead bugs in the bathroom and in the fold out couch. Outdated rooms.

very disappointing for my back

they did not have records of my booking. i arrived to Sedona from Baltimore later in the day and they had no rooms no alternative accommodation no recommendations for other properties and I had to continue on my very long road trip with no rest or help from the front desk. they didn’t even offer to help me out with a meal at there “pretty good” restaurant before I hit the road again.

If I had money to pay for another night, I would have ventured out to the pool/spa but the cost for one night was too much. I didn't have time to really do anything

The resort fee is a bit much. It isn't really a resort. Its along the lines of a Super 8.
