Had to drive 30 miles to get another hotel.

Hotel gave away my room even though i had proof of reservation and they acknowledged and confirmed my reservation. They were unwilling to try to help in anyway.

Pleasant

The lobby and hotel is good in general.

The hallways and elevators are very hot and humid. It was miserable going to and from the room. Also, the toilet paper is in the bathroom countertop which is far and not reachable from the toilet. Very weird and inconvenient.

Keep the curtains closed and eat the breakfast

My husband absolutely loves the breakfast 😋

Not a nice view out the rooms window. Just a field with a vacant lot and trash.

Good location. Close to Tarleton. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was not great. Food quality could be improved.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel was very clean. Perfect location. Our room was bigger than what we were expecting. Beds were very comfortable. Over all stay was awesome.

Very clean facility. Good breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights and our room did not get cleaned 2 of the days. We had to ask for clean towels and to have our trash cans emptied.

Room was 85° and did not cool off and I would like my money back. I only got two hours of sleep. Hor

My room did not cool off until three in the morning and it was still around 76° at three in the morning. From 6 PM when we checked in the room was over 80°. I checked with the front desk they told me to pour the front off the air conditioner and pull a thermostat wire Which should reset the compressor in the air conditioner. It did not. We were sweating in bed until at least two in the morning
