Practical for a night or two but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The kitchen was convenient. Calling them suites is a bit of an exaggeration. The staff was very nice and helpful. The snack area with a wide range of snacks and practical products was a good idea. We received complimentary homemade cookies and coffee which was very nice.

The kitchen doors didn’t fit properly and there was only mismatched dishes, cups and glasses. The bathroom was outdated.

The location of the place, free laundry room

Our room needed some major updates...like the carpet was nasty, the furniture was torn and nasty looking, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the dressers had damage.

Poor service at checkout

Checking in was Great know issue. Trying to Check out 30mts waiting to get a receipt with others Trying to do the same. Because know one every came none of us could get a receipt. Sign sad the person would be right back. 30mts later still no representative. 2 people cleaning did not know where the check out person was. Phone calls wasn't being answered.

Quite the Christmas Rush

Issues abound. Booking was somehow arranged as a Smoking Room. Not going to venture into that right now. The floor we were put on for the inaccurately booked room was an Ice Box. The Manager was trying his best to look into why it was 30 degrees in the hallway without the windows open. The room was well adorned and not bad for a Smoking Room. The heat worked inside the room. That's a plus.

The room we changed to, the heat didn't work. We had enough moving around by then to accept another change. We switched off the blower and the room stayed around 65. Extra blankets kept us warm.

The handle on my toilet to flash was broke no maintenance man had already left so I dealt with it they offered to move me to another room but I have plumbing experience I know how to take a lid off and manually flush a toilet.

The RECEPTIONIST was extremely rude and I’ll mannered, gave me the wrong information regarding my room & refused to accommodate. She was also picking her nose profusely while trying to assist me & that was utterly disgusting! I’ll never ever go back to this hotel NOR will I book through BOOKING.com again! Worst experience ever!

Smoke

This hotel allows smoking in the rooms. The smoke makes the entire hotel smell steal. Why would they allow smoking in the rooms. Migrant workers also are lodged here for days at a time, smoking in and out. Just a foul place.
