The breakfast was good although the biscuits and gravy were cold. Had to spend twenty minutes waiting for toilet paper.

The surrounding guests were screaming until 1 am. We could hear and feel the walls banging like somebody was being assaulted or fighting for their lives. Possibly a domestic conflict. We think they were the guests directly next door because they had 3 teenagers but were afraid to investigate for fear of conflicts.

Loved the hot springs. Location is close to natural hot spring hikes.

The heater in our room didn’t work. The dial in the shower was broken to turn the water hot. Room was a little spendy.

The sound speakers in our TV didn't work. We played around with connections but the volume was still low. The lights were too bright. Wall lamps would of been much better.

I didn’t even stay . No running water . Room spelled of cigarettes. Room was out dated and gross.

Clean, comfortable small rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sort of looked like a Super 8 room, but smaller.

No water when we arrived in the afternoon, no shower etc. Water became available about dinner time, and was shut off about 8 - 9 PM. The following morning it was turned on about 6 am. A 2800 gallon water truck was leaving the premises when we left. Possibly their well is running out of water? Unfortunately the resort across the road is quite a bit more expensive and many of those do not have bathrooms.

The room was not what was shown on the internet. The “bunkhouse section was so run down and old. The shower door would not close. the roof had black plastic covering apparent major leakage.

They should not miss lead their customers, they have NO cable for TV, only 1980's DVD'S no wifi, not a good way to do business! Very dissatisfied.

They should have not lied on their website, they should have said take a step back in time, we have no tv, no wifi, so come and unplug, because that's is all you get. There hot spring is the size of a bath tub! Not a relaxing experience for my and myself! 🥲

the room was nothing like advertised on Booking.com. property was in need of TLC. areas marked danger do not enter. garbage around back, our carpet was dirty, no remote for the tv. I would not recommend this place.

There was not much to like aside from the pools. Oh...we got our money back after much reasoning. A refund we were definitely entitled to. This belongs under what didn't I like: I can't forget about the incident with housekeeping. At 9am, housekeeping came to our room and attempted to open our door without knocking! Check out wasn't even until 11am. When confronted about this, the manager said that we had turned in our key so they thought we had checked out. What?? We presented our key right then and there. We did not turn in our key. It turns out that at check in the manager only gave us ONE key. I had no idea I was supposed to get two keys. This was another thing he tried to deflect about...that the key must've been left at one of the pools and someone turned it in. Maybe that was the case, I don't know, but they either need to be paying better attention or have a better system on when people actually check out. We clearly hadn't checked out. If you do decide to book at this place, make sure to get both keys or you'll be intruded upon by housekeeping. It's probably good practice for the person cleaning the rooms to knock before attempting to enter. Just saying...

I wish I would have paid closer attention to the negative reviews. The rooms are VERY dated. The bed was uneven and uncomfortable, not to mention, the were pillows too. The carpet was grimy...bring some house shoes! This place definitely attracts the people that like to party. There were people drinking and smoking until all hours of the morning. We tried to talk to these people several times as they were screaming and yelling until about 3:30am. My boyfriend even went to the office to see if a staff member could reason with these people, but for some reason, the emergency buzzer wasn't working. They were supposed to have a staff member on throughout the night, but I guess just not the night we were there. Since there aren't any phones or wifi in the rooms, I wonder what would have happened had there been a true emergency?! What if someone was having a heart attack, but the staff couldn't be reached to call an ambulance? Can we say liability?? The pool hours are supposed to be from 8am-10pm. More drunk people decided to hang out outside while being loud at 2am after they left the pools...well beyond pool hours. So they have pool hours, but clearly don't enforce them. The staff did everything but take accountability. They deflected about the drunks and pool hours and tried to blame the buzzer not working on the phone company even though the buzzer worked just fine the morning we checked out. Hmmmm?! We were unable to get breakfast because we had to sleep in due to being up all night. Bottomline: this place attracts partiers. Lots of people trashed and on drugs. I understand that the hotel can't control who books with them, but come on....take a little responsibility for when we try to come reach you but your buzzer doesn't work. We tried to take matters into our own hands by talking with these people, but that wasn't enough. I know we weren't the only ones affected by these inconsiderate, wasted people.

What appears on the website is misleading. The lodge needs an update.

The property wasn’t clean. The manager showed a bedroom with dirty falling down drapes. The inside pool is dim and small. I did not feel safe.

I absolutely love the staff and how quiet the rooms were. I will always go back to the lodge. We checked out the resort next door and am so glad we didn't stay there as the pool looked dirty....

I would like it if the bar and restaurant were open on Tuesdays but definitely not a deal breaker
