Stay was pleasant and comfortable. Staff and other guest were nice and friendly.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Mold growing in AC vents. Parking lot was sketchy. Group of young men hanging out in parking lot, yelling and cussing.

Awful building. Vert nice staff

The staff was wonderful. Everyone I had interaction with was very attentive, helpful and polite.

Unfortunately, the building is old and has accumulated all kinds of smells, and their AC's are not working properly. We had to be moved after our first night to a different room, not before having to pack our things into our car again because there wasn't an available room. The one we git first had a broken AC, and we spent a humid, smelly night. Our kids were asleep and didn't want to wake them up in the middle of the night. So we had to wait until after noon to get a different room, so there we go all up again with our luggage just to be put in a very smelly room after a while we went nose blind and it didn't matter anymore but I would definitely not comeback to this location. Awful building. Very nice staff.

A pleasant stay.

Property was clean and beds comfortable.

The air unit was so high up on the wall that I had to stand on the bed to see what it was set on- and even then it was difficult to see- and I’m 5’8”. Also, the hallway was stuffy and smelly. You can tell they are trying to use something to cover up smells, but when someone is smoking pot, it’s hard smell to cover up. Unfortunately, that seems to be a common issue in hotels now.

the staff was very RUDE! I received an email stating that my stay for 2 nights was 241 and when I arrived, it was 290. I paid because I just wanted to rest. the next day my card was charged $346 multiple times. and they claimed it wasn’t them and the description was “Best western galleria inn”. do NOT recommend this hotel!!!

great place to stay for just passing through

room design with 2 queen beds and an extra twin was perfect for my family.

Exceptional

This hotel room came with 2 Queen beds and a twin bed. This worked exceptional for 3 separate adults. All three beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and addressed my one issue Immediately. And the breakfast was more than I expected.

The refrigerator was too small for snacks, it only held drinks.

Had to change rooms because heating wasn't working but after they changed our room the heat was working there until they fixed it later other than that we were fine

nothing, absolutely nothing!!

it was supposed to be a handicap assessable, but to be assessable it takes more than putting up some handrails wrong. the air conditioner was on when we went into the room. so there fore it was freezing. we turned it off and waited a while to turn the heat on, but that set off the smoke alarm. had to report it twice before they would come do anything. then it was just to spray air freshener in it. it would warm the room for a little while the shut off it would not turn back on for awhile. the road noise was so load thought they were going to drive in the room with us.

Do not recommend

The lobby area is very welcoming.

I could honestly make a list of things but I'll just mention the most problematic one for me. When I walked into the room it smelled horrible. There is visible mold covering the ceiling and walls.
