Breakfast was good and clean

The breakfast and pool area is great.

Most of the maids are literally high or drunk during there shifts. I personally have seen them smoking weed out of a vape. A few maids were obviously on drugs during there shift

Bed was a little to soft, no ice machine 9n the 3rd floor

The room was very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast isn't as good as it used to be. The internet was very slow.

Love the location, room and amenities!! I know this hotel is the one I'll be back visiting.

That I stayed 1 of my 2 nights in a room i could barely break into, and didn't have functional A/C because the employee didn't want to call maintenance and said I couldn't move rooms until they checked it. Next morning we switched rooms because another employee asked if we wanted to, thank you to her. Yay Air Conditioning! However, I got chewed on all night by some bug which I'm allergic to. Guess I should have stayed in the hot room

The bedding was stained and dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking hotel. Carpet was filthy Chair was filthy and fabric was worn and ripped. The entire hotel had a bad odor. Never staying there again.

Real silverware at good included breakfast.

Excellent location right off the freeway and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was good but the hours were not clear. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The facilities could use some upgrading, but for our short stay it was sufficient.

the first room I was given was missing a mini fridge and then was put in a room with only one TV that worked and was told maintenance would be sent and never came.The breakfast was a hard pass and had to asked for our keys to be reset a couple times . seriously not worth the $400 spent ….

No air conditioning. Someone smoked pot in the elevator we had to ride on after I just signed a no smoking policy! Left the next day!

clean comfortable and quiet. quick and very easy check in. employees are great.

employees are professional and very nice, everyone was very accommodating and informative about all property information guests need to know and they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. rooms are clean beds are comfortable room size and bathroom size are perfect. tv has more channels than a lot of hotels have. quiet and calm atmosphere. good breakfast in the morning and coffee is conveniently available all day long. laundry facilities are available for guests that need to do laundry which is great because there are no places otherwise to do laundry in the immediate area. overall wonderful place to stay.

Breakfast - swimming pool

for almost $400.00 per night and now room service unless I notify them 24 hrs in advance. NO. We were in route 24 hrs in advance and arrived at about 6pm. the next morning we wanted room service and could not get it. floors are dirty, halls are dirty. The smell in the halls, kitchen and our room was stale and i believe it is the cleaning solution you use on the floors. I will not be staying with you again.
