Location, comfort, and great staff; we’ll be back!

It was a very comfortable motel in a great location. The staff were all very helpful and informative. And it offered good value for money.

Nothing really. This is a bit awkward, but the only thing I ‘d suggest is including a toilet brush in the bathroom.

It was an excellent location and reasonably good amenities.

Staff was very helpful. LIked that enough coffee capsules were supplied. Please was pretty clean.

Breakfast was unacceptable. No healthy food except for fruit. At $200/night (incl taxes) the hotel should have provided better.

We all enjoyed our stay at this very clean motel. Will definitely stay here again. $10 parking #1.

Great walking to the shops and eating locations. The hotel sits about 2 blocks off of the square. It was nice to be able to walk purchases back to the room and not have to lug them around everywhere.

The bathrooms gets super steamy while showering and the paint bubbles up on the ceiling. I ended up cracking the small window in the bathroom to let out some of the steam. A ceiling vent would help tremendously. Also the drawers in the vanity have holes drilled in them for hardware but there was no hardware.

We did really enjoy it with the little glitches and will return in the future.

We loved it when it was Garretts. You did a good job updating. Comfortable and the office staff and front desk people are really nice. Location is great.

Make sure to provide a slip resistant mat in shower so others don't slip and fall like I did. Shower door won't stay closed. You have to put something in rail to keep it closed. Could use blind on bathroom window. Housekeeping should not be so insistent in coming in to clean at 10:30 a.m. when check-out is 11:00 a.m. Santa Fe itself lacks reasonable taxi or ride share services. Told by evening desk that services are slow and very costly. Luckily we had family to come pick us up.

Geed room and pool but inedible breakfast.

Room and pool were fine, but the breakfast was the worst I've had at a motel, and that's a low bar. Coffee was undrinkable, apple inedible and there was little else.

Comfortable stay in downtown Santa Fe

The room and bathroom were large, beds were comfortable, coffee in room was good, appreciated the fridge and daily water bottles. Breakfast was okay, but enough for us. Location was excellent and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is a GREAT value! Amenities are not top of the line, but are great for the price.

The location is exceptionally good for a hotel in this price range. Walkable to downtown with no problem. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

The shower and bathroom configuration is a little strange, but not too bad.

Wonderful time near the Plaza

A spacious and comfortable room in a spacious location. In previous reviews I read that it's a 15 min walk to the Plaza, but it really only takes 5 minutes. Right in the centre and next to the oldest church in the US. Staff at reception was very friendly. And we could sit and relax by the pool Reading a book.

We stayed two nights, slept well, and enjoyed the stay.

Beds are very comfortable, two queens, very nice. The bathroom is accessible, good for me with walk in shower. Towels big and absorbent. The location is good, all attractions close by car and by foot.

Extra charge for parking is kind of an insult. We weren’t advised that there was no restaurant available (renovation), no breakfast. The heater was difficult to activate and took awhile to kick in; did not heat the bathroom at all and it was cold!! The water takes forever to heat up which creates water waste while waiting. Fresh towels were not delivered, though given cheerfully when asked for. Over all, I was pretty satisfied, my sister less so.

Not a good enough value to return again.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The location and walking distance downtown Santa Fe was nice.

Thin walls. we could very clearly hear someone snoring in the room next to us. We had to pay additional for parking. There wasn’t breakfast included in the rate which would normally be fine but the room cost was high enough to expect something extra.

Excellent location! And amazing value. Everything was clean, felt updated and the staff was friendly. As a solo traveler I was a little uneasy about the doors being outdoor facing, but quickly learned the property was full of families and other travelers, which made me feel more at ease. The bed was comfortable. The value for the location can’t be beat. You can walk most anywhere from this hotel.

I prefer a location with interior doors when I travel solo. It did not have certain amenities like water in the room or a gym, but there are vending machines and I found a yoga studio nearby. And for the value and location, I would sacrifice these amenities.

Great location

Great location as it is right in the Old Town and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Room was a good size and very clean. Massive shower and lots of hot water.

The location is great and the price is good, but their recent remodel cut too many corners.

walking distance to downtown Santa Fe

Very noisy rooms - we could hear every word of the phone conversations going on in the rooms on each side of us, as well as in the corridor. It looks like they deleted the sink in the bathroom area outside the toilet and shower room, so now the only sink is tightly and inconveniently located between the toilet and shower. There are no upholstered chairs to relax in, just a desk chair and no floor lamp to read by. And no microwave.
