My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay

The Breakfast time should be extended to at lease 10:30 late sleeper

The people in the room above us did a lot banging or bouncing on the floor to much noise

I loved the comfort of the bed.The hotel staff was fantastic and the hotel felt very safe. I had a room overlooking the small lake it was nice. I really liked they gave little snack bags when checking in. It made us feel welcomed.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected usually I love going down for my coffee and biscuits and gravy. There wasnt much left and it was pretty messy. The lady was trying. But in fairness they had a big tour group that was just leaving. And there was something going wrong with ovens fire alarm kept going off.

Our room looked like a crime scene

Easy access to the interstate.

The bad news is that our room looked like a crime scene. The good news is that there was plenty of DNA evidence left behind for the police. There were crumbs all over the floor. Unidentifiable gooey substances on the mini-fridge and microwave. Hair all over the shower walls and shower head. MULTIPLE hair-covered bars of used soap. AND A PAIR OF WORN PANTIES in the bedsheets. I can only imagine what our room would’ve looked like if hadn’t opted for the deluxe room upgrade. Did I mention that there was only decaf coffee? We only had decaf coffee. I told the front desk about it. Their only response was to complain to me about how early the housekeeping leaves each day. I told them that we expected a lot more for a $200 room and expressed how uncomfortable we were in the room, the response was to leave a review so the management would know about it. So here we are. Our room was disgusting and unsanitary.

For 1 night it was a great location that seemed safer as Montgomery cam be a scary city.

Location was exceptional. There was anything you needed at your fingertips. The bed was comfortable. Coffee & tea availability was 24/7.

Although the lobby was very nice, causing you to think the whole property similar, was deceiving. This hotel needs a redo. Very worn out once you enter the elevator and notice the graffiti scratched into the doors. The room itself was not real clean, but I suppose clean enough. The bathroom shower/tub unit was in need of replacement as no amount of scrubbing could change old. The coffee maker worked and there was 1 decaf and 1 regular for use. The bathroom towels...well although clean & white I think the property should upgrade from Dollar General Brand to a fluffier towel. It's little niceties that make the stay so much better.

My room wasn’t clean the bed covers was stained. called the front desk they said housekeeper was gone for the day but two people came and changed the bed covers.

Our stay was very professional and classy.

very clean, very nice, room was spacious. my wife and I enjoyed our stay

located in a somewhat shady area. the surrounding area looked as if it was very ominous.

Comfortable bed, and roomy room. Fringe in room is always helpful too. Staff seemed to have spaced the guests apart in the hotel so it was a very quiet night.

Bathroom products in room were old. Carpet was a bit run down and dirty.
