Certainly not a quality hotel.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

Room was not clean. Registration was complicated. I had prepaid the room fee for two nights. Our flight from Montreal was canceled and the next available flight was the next day. I had notified the hotel of my change of plans and asked for a change from two nights to one night stay but did not get a response. The hotel clerk could not find my prepaid reservation so I had to pay for a single night's stay. She did offer a reduced rate. Later in the day she notified me that she found the two night reservation. My credit card was billed for $111.60, $50.60 and $253.00. The statement received at checkout shows credits of $253.00 and $38.59 and charges totaling $291.59. Until the credit charges are posted, I don't know what I paid.

Car got broken into the first night. Broke passenger side window and trashed inside. Four other cars were broken into in area hotels.

Wish there was a Cambria nearby

The property is well located, with easy access to the highway, and close proximity to the Atrium Medical Facility, and downtown Pineville. Good access to nature trail as well.

Hotel is TIRED. Windows are small, rooms are not bright, which was exacerbated by a lack of light fixtures throughout. (we had to PLEAD for lightbulbs! Husband had to "borrow" some from hall fixtures as reception did not want to help). Lightbulbs in the rooms and hallways were mismatched (cool and warm used haphazardly). Worst of all, the service was disinterested and at times rude (not all but two men in particular), shrugging off our polite requests for additional lighting and bulbs and air handler adjustments in the Fitness Center.

Great, comfortable, clean hotel!

The breakfast was actually really good. I was impressed with it! The room was really comfortable. It was spacious, it had a microwave and a mini fridge, and a comfortable bed. The Wifi was fast. The staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!

Noisy and Old

I liked where the property was located.

The shower had trash from a previous guest. The metal in the bathroom was rusted. The biggest issue was almost the whole hotel was occupied by 12-13 year old boys who had a soccer tournament nearby. No staff stopped them from running up and down the halls, screaming at each other and playing football right in front of the front doors. Breakfast was terrible and you are not able to serve yourself. Staff looked angry and handed you what you chose from their list. It wasn’t good either. Also everything was pretty old.

The stay was just ok minus the bugs.

I liked the fact that any time during my visit i was able to be provided with towels when needed. I like the fact the space of the room was great. I also like the fact the even though the cleaning ladies were not able to speak English very well they still had bright smiles even with my Spanish being a little shaky .

I didn't like the fact i saw a few bugs, in fact small roaches. Mainly the roaches were spotted in the bathroom and a few near the nightstand between the beds. We kept everything hung up and even face products in the fridge .I also did not like the fact the bathroom tub seemed like being washed to much it was dingy kinda dirty looking. The coffee table corners also are very sharp that my one year old hurt herself.A little disappointed with breakfast as well.

all in all pleasant and will be back

we would give a great but 2 days no room service now we were told upon leaving they dont clean everyday after 1 night they did now we have traveled during pandemic that we understood but saturday the woman were right next door and my wife mentioned it to them was told sure but never came in we did get towels downstairs and front desk was very congenial. matter of fact the woman who checked me in was over and above!

Love everything but the Turkey Sausage patties

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and love the location

Wish breakfast would go back to how we all did things before COVID. I realize that isn't the hotel's fault. I like turkey sausage but not the brand just about all the hotels use. Sorry, but those patties are nasty.

Short but sweet

My partner and I needed a last minute hotel for the night within proximity to the airport and this hotel fit the bill. Convenient location; friendly, welcoming staff; comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was just ok - could have been better.
